A bee bop and scooby wow!

I hit the Gym on my way home last night... Feeling all kinds of great! when I went to sleep. I thought I was going to shower when I got to the Gym, but it turns out there was heads and heads and heads in the Gym. So many people and like a group of 3 girls and 3 guys and they were just sitting around talking on the machines... I swear the most annoying thing I've ever seen. At least I didn't need to use the machine they were occupying >.<

I did exactly 6.5 miles on the bike, so It really does help to be in practice. I probably can push up to 7 miles if I keep in practice.

I failed in my Curls... couldn't put up the second set of 8 after my first set of 10. I did curls, then lawmower pulls, then I did chest press, and went back to curls... 10/10/10 then 8/8/8 Then all the same exercises with 6 reps... That's the "do-to-fail" method. I put up 5 curls at my current weight before my muscles ached and gave out. Good, they're building up again! Triceps and biceps need to be ON POINT! i might go after a bench press the next time im in there. I did the chest press machine too. did 10 and then 8 of those. not amazing but good enough for some work. I wanted to do butterflies, but people sitting around on machines taking up space... This is why I don't like going to the Gym with people there... ugh!

Anyway, I'm still PE'ing and still Gyming, Working, not so much. But I am still schooling. Got a lot of work to do.
