Gonna hit the gym tonight, I'll update this posting with how it went, I haven't weighed myself yet, but I'm sure it's over 230... matter of fact let me go get it now...

Whoa! I just weighed in at 224 O_o... guess I haven't been eating as bad as I thought. Trying to ingest as much water as possible and staying away from Fast Food over the weekend probably facilitated this.

Well, That's good news! I'll have much more time to go to the Gym now, and I'm going to get my body right! w00t


All I was doing was trying to maintain my weight! Living and loving what I'm doing right now. I believe the fact that I said, "You messing up once does not completely negate all of the work you've done." has allowed me the ability to really mess up, but not beat myself up over it and to continue to try. Before, I'd beat myself up, gorge and then gain weight back. Trying to steer clear of the fattening foods has help me and knowing the enemy (myself and the food) has helped a great deal too...

I'm going to continue this move! Going to be "sexy"!!!! One of my lady friends says "you're already sexy! stop saying you're not." She sure knows how to make me feel better, LOL! Gotta love it when someone thinks you're sexy . Not a common thing for me so it's nice to hear, you know? Not just I'm "handsome in the face" (one of my friends said this), or my mind is a turn-on (heard this from multiple women), but to be considered sexy all around... Kinda hard to hear someone say that and not make that "yeah, whatever" face LOL!

Anyway, As mentioned, i went to the Gym The personnel were assholes, the had the TV cranked way up. on ESPNzone or something so It was impossible to work through my set on the bike... i couldn't concentrate on anything and only did 10 minutes out of 30.

Anyway, I then did about 10 minutes of lifting. not much, but when my groove is thrown off with my biking I tend to lose my mojo in the weight room...

I did some pretty intense work for the 10 minutes though. a lot higher than normal... I got close to my max bench and I pushed up a bunch of them, and kind of impressed myself. I ran out of steam on the curls again, but it's all good. I did more than I had before so I'm improving! gonna push this weight to the limit!
