ARRRGH I can't stand that place, I just learned of a new pathway to get where I want to go in life, so I will no longer be making that ridiculous drive to that god forsaken place!! Slow transition to another place much closer to me.

Sooo much better! No loud music, or talking, I was the only one in there for a good portion of my Biking. Then the last 2-3 minutes a guy jumped on a treadmill and turned it all the way up... I wasn't gonna try to keep up with him LMAO!
I did 6.28 miles in 30 minutes because I wasn't focused. I just kinda pedaled while I was in thought. The further I got the better I felt.

I hit the weight room and did more lifting this time than last time. Actually proud of myself
It was well worth it. Though I think I over did it on the ab machine >.< had cramps directly afterward, gotta make sure to warm up the mid section. Curls and squats. I gotta remember to work my lower section! Been working my Triceps pretty hard lately, but I REALLY want those "guns" and Pecs. So i've been working on my chest and arms more than anything. I'm not taking "muscle building supplements" because I want all natural tone and size. gonna get there, and especially with the summer here and i have more time to focus on eating right exercising and a lighter schedule to be "free!"
This is gonna be an ultimate win, when i make my goal
