WHEW! glad i got that in!

Went to the Gym this morning, it's a little late on the blog creation because I got sidetracked watching a BBC Top Gear India Special. I put it on pause so I can go to sleep LOL! crazy days.

I didn't finish the whole bike program. I just wasn't into it at the time. I tried my best to get into it but it just wasn't tickling my pickle. I felt really good afterwards though.

Now I'm just trying to get my world together.

I noticed that one of my shoulders is smaller than the other... I'm trying my BEST not to get like one of those weird guys who notices all the imperfections in their body and starts obsessing over it. I did do a bit more shoulder work on my smaller shoulder but I'm not stressing over it... After seeing so many people complain about asymmetry in their muscular structure, I'm not even gonna stress about it LOL As long as it's not strikingly obvious, nobody will notice

did some weighted situps, but i counted them and did them slow so I wouldn't cramp up (stretching helped that too). Did about 4 miles (up hill) on the bike, which is plenty to get me going. Curls and what else... back work, I should have done some butterflies... I'll do that tomorrow and I'll work on my legs too. Get my hamstrings better... I really hope losing some of this weight will make my knees feel a little better I literally got a little bit of a nag from my knee one the bike!

Either way, I was one of 2 people in the Gym and it was superb! all weights were located nobody getting in each others' way. I love this time of the day for the Gym.

Now...... Let me tell you about this one ti--
