I sucked profusely on the bike, but I did well in the weight room. I did about 6 miles on the bike, but I was just kinda in and out, mentally, so i was kinda just pedaling, not trying to break any records. i did 6.15 miles by the time I finished the program. and did another .2 miles before I decided to let it go. got up, cleaned the machine and went to the weight room.
I found my odd weight dumbells... Apparently there's only ONE set in the whole gym. That sucks. Hopefully i get a little stronger so I can use the bigger ones
. did 2 different iterations of curls, equalled up to 10/8 2 sets. shoulder lifts. 10/8, dumbell benchpress with the same weights and I could feel it working in my shoulders by that time. Then I did some "lumberjack saws" basically using the cable machine at hip height, stepping away from it enough to not slam the weight and swinging the handle like you're chopping down a tree. Works on the Lats and the obliques
