...There's no excuse. I've been eating like trash and I haven't been hitting the gym as often as I should. I've been working, but not a whole bunch. My business is slowing down again. I think it's the season for it to be slow... The added stress is compounding. I'm putting on weight.
Maybe I'm gaining muscle and fat because my arms are definitely more muscly. either way, I'm back up over 230lbs and It's signalling a massive fail, right now. I'm going to try to not let it get me too far down. Gotta get my eating in order, i know what the problem is EXACTLY, and will rectify it today. no more fast prepared foods, I've been tripping off the soda lately, and I need to take responsibility for the food the whole house eats. leaving that to who is in charge now is only going to keep me fat... Time to make a change.

SOOOOOO i've just returned from the market. Bought a whole bunch of Fresh Fruits and vegetables. my aunt gave me some Kashi Peanut granola bars. Reading the label, it saw nothing in there with Maltodextrin or Corn Syrup. I saw something strange "Triticale" but it's actually a type of wheat... Safe from wild ass ingredients so far!
In the mean time, I'm going to continue trying to transform my body!
