I feel great! Did only half the biking program today. I think at the distance i had this time, i would have been at 6.75-7.0 It was going smoothly but I was bored. I wanted to get on and I think 15 minutes is plenty of time for cardio, and biking uphill for 3.5 miles is plenty workout.
I started with weighted jumping Jacks like my friend told me, as I mentioned, and did 3 sets. 15/12/10. Shoulders were crazy tired after. I was supposed to go to a move he calls the bear crawl, but I was intimidated by it this time. I'm going to do it next time for sure. "don't do it for more than 10 minutes" he says. The weight is incredible I'm scared of it.
Speaking of weight, I stepped up to my next weight class in bicep curls... and completed a FULL 3 SETS on my left arm.. right arm need a little more work... WHAT?! yes! completed a full 3 sets. I'm so proud of my self! 10/8/6 on the left with more left in reserve, and a 8/8/4 on my right arm. wonder why the arm gave out on me. I think it was because I gave up a few reps to misplaced elbow so if i really count those I'm at like 12/8/5 LOL! either way, I'm REALLY impressed with myself on that one

It actually showing through as far as me getting stronger... BMWs are getting much easier to work on. Requires serious strength to do those and my strength is going up and thus I'm able to completely over-power my tools now
. I'm so happy!*sigh* and this diet is working out so hopefully it's going to make things go a lot smoother!
Now... for all intents and purposes... It's time for mo' sleeps!

Also, I've heard some trainers tell me before, that if you want to improve your cardio, you need to sustain cardio for at least 20 minutes. Any less than that, and there's little or no improvement.
Just relaying some information. Keep up the hard work!
i'm just really happy with how I'm Improving... I've head anything more than 15 minutes is perfectly fine. I was 6 hours into my fasting stage of the day so the cardio was welcomed by my body.
It'll be even next time. I'm working towards being functionally powerful. meaning having full range of motion. Training like an athlete more than a body builder.
