Super ecstatic, again! Stepped on the scale and it's been, lately consistently not hitting the 220 line!

jumped on it today and while it's not the lowest I've seen, I'm also not "dry" (excuse the information, but I've not "checked my baggage" yet) so I know i'm still a little heavier than I should be....

216lbs consistently over the last couple of days. Now, I have an analog scale so you can see the progress through the "sections" and Seeing the hand THAT close to 210 is amazing to me. like, it's truly unreal!

My scale has a few little sliding things around the outside of the window.

It's kind of like this, only my scale is larger and the pegs are colored (from left to right): White, Black, Grey, Black.

I have the "white" peg at my goal weight. The first black is at a check point of 210lbs. I think it's been at 210 lbs since I started loosing weight. That's my "check point" of "success" a milestone (50 lbs lost on my way to 80 overall). I when I hit 210, I would know I was making excellent progress. These are Fixed points in the scale so they don't move at all.

The Grey Peg (third peg) is the first of the "sliding" pegs. It marks the "Top" of a section that I'm currently fighting through. So say I'm 228lbs. Grey peg is at 220lbs. the last peg (black peg) marks 230lbs.... a spot that I REFUSE to go above. It's my point where if I go over it, I beat up on myself and call myself all kinds of nasty names to get back on the wagon.

So basically the last peg is to mark the "10lbs Range" i reside in at any given moment.

I don't move those pegs until I'm comfortably in my next "Range."

I've been wavering back and forth a little bit over the 220 line (218-221) so I've not moved the pegs yet, but a few more days like today and I will have to MOVE THE PEGS!!!

This also marks the FIRST TIME, i've had to move the first fixed peg!!!! (210lbs) The grey peg is going to live where the first black peg has marked for years!

I have no clue where I'm gonna move it but It's making me Misty Eye'd... got a bit of allergies ... I'm so happy

I WILL do this!
