I've set a goal for myself for a month. It should be doable with an average of a pound every 2 days. if I stick with my diet and try to continue to work out whenever I can, I should be able to make my 200lbs goal by October. I have this annual thing I go to and I want to be down enough weight that it's obvious something is up

at 214-217lbs lately, for an average of 215lbs.. I think I can lose 15lbs in a month! I just have to stick with it and stay focused!
