    Hi,

    I didn't think I'd ever post to be honest, I look at the forum a lot, especially at the progress logs and success stories to keep me motivated. I started PE as I was pretty disproportionate. As of the 2/2/17 my measurements were (converted from metric):

    BPEL: 6.89"
    NBPEL:5.71"
    MSE.G. 6" (just shy of)

    I am very happy with my natural girth, and to be honest I don't want it any bigger, but my main aim was to increase my erection length. Flaccid doesn't concern me, as it changes sooo much during the day.

    i jumped the gun and went straight out and purchased a cheapo extender from eBay. This was really uncomfortable, my head kept on slipping through and the only way I could keep it in there was to really tighten the noose, which caused me to lose circulation quickly.i did the velcro mod, but this made it worse if anything, pinching my foreskin and still slippage. I think my shaft is almost as wide as the bottom of my head (isn't that prominent) so maybe that's why. Anyway long story short I decided to scrap that and solely do the JP90.

    it took me a while to find the right lube, but for me, olive oil works best. On 75 of the wet jelqs I have been pulling my hands apart to really stretch it.

    so I'm 60 days in (I'm Measuring every 30 days), and I am absolutely buzzing about the results I have seen luckily no real girth gain but I am now measuring:

    BPEL: 7.48"
    NBPEL: 6.5"

    i will say a lot of this (as I have been reading) is probably due to EQ increase, but hey that's still PE in my book. I have also been dieting an exercising a lot more which may have helped my pubic area shrink a little?

    either way I'm so happy with the results, hope they continue! Just thought I'd write this as I wouldn't have started without this website and my confidence wouldn't be where it is now.

    good luck guys the gains will come, I was skeptical but I gave it a fair shot and it paid off. Glad to be proven wrong.

    Ahhh, just to add, I've also abstained from porn over this time, been difficult at times but now don't miss it

        Cheers, I hope it carries on, I'm doing 5 days on 2 days off, I think I may have started pulling abit hard though as after today's session I don't know if I will be able to do tomorrow's, just can't get enough of it though and really hope I can continue to gain. Good luck!

            Congratulations. How many hours did you log in the extender?

            I made only 0.2 inch in the last 60 days with 200 hours extending plus stealthman sleeve.

            I'm not a newbie though.

                Good to know length can be achieved at that girth as Im training for girth right now but want some length in the future

                  Aren't jelqs going to add girth? Be sure not to push it with jelqs I would expect those to expand your girth depending on % erection. Why not just focus on a great variety of stretches with long warmup? Try stretches while squatting and bundled stretch I've heard those give good results and personally they seem to give me the greatest stretch.

                    hi, I probably made 4 hours a day for maybe 3 weeks... pretty poor effort really, I'm going to invest in the vacuum attachment as I think my shape isn't suited to the current set up! Keep it up

                        seems that way, I really don't want any more girth, it's as if it grew outwards as if the end got stick against something and it expanded lol, I do wish it was the other way round

                          this is a good point, I do need to research this a little more, I have kind of dived into the jp90 routine, just as I thought the general consensus was to. However, if there are better ways of going about it I'm happy to try them. Don't get me wrong I'm loving the gains I'm seeing, such a confidence boost for me after lacking in length, but I really don't want anymore girth (I'm with long term partner without too much detail it can already be abit challenging), but I've noticed a trend that girth seems to be the slowest to grow, so maybe I can get away with it..

                            cheers for the support man, I honestly love this forum, it's as close to shouting from the rooftops about this subject as it gets, I honestly think this can help so many people, I have had nasty comments about my size before and wouldn't wish it on anybody, but it drives me to gain and to encourage others

                              Just thought id add a quick update. Unfortunately I kind of stopped my exercises (a few personal issues, also maybe laziness). This is a good indicator that gains can be lost as of two weeks ago before I restarted I had gone back down to 6" 2/8 NBPEL. after two weeks of quite relentless exercise though I have increased to 6"5/8 NBPEL which is great, also it was quite a conservative measurement. its even a tad more than where I was at before, so I'm going to keep going this time and hopefully make it to 7".
