    Think this is real gain not EQ as my EQ is still up and down!

    Not sure if girth has increased. If so only a small amount like 0.1 inch or 0.2 ... Hard to tell as my EQ is up and down. I have health condition.

      look on the ruler and that is bone pressed pretty hard. I am 6 inches when not bone pressed!

      but it is 1 cm in 4 weeks

        I've hit 6.68 inch and 5.75 girth.... in 3 months. I did not mean to add more girth but it's there... EQ is off the charts. I think I could hammer nails. Goal has been lowered to 7.25; I really don't want to grow beyond that for now. Max? Maybe 7.5, not interested in 8, too large for my lady.

            Started with hanging, but after 6.5 weeks I was getting some tender areas. Stopped and switched to this routine:

                      Good size and congrats for the gains!

                      I cant see very clearly on the pic but you seem to sit with straddled legs.That always give some extra size for the measurement and makes your dick longer.The most real measurement is standing with pelvic 90 degree to the floor band penis straight out.But neverthless great gains.

                          yeah thanks I am just doing it same way each time for consistency and if ther length is there then I think it counts. I think also I tried the standing one and it was the same.

                            Hey dude it is not cheating this is how scientific studies measure your length. It is because it is more consistent and disregards the fat pad around your penis. I have about 1 inch of fat there but my penis continues under neath it and is useable. If you do not use bone pressed then your measurements will be inaccurate as you lose and gain weight.
