Thank you for your post. And I understand that the younger ones might be more proud or outwardly boastful, I guess I am just wondering if there is a different tactic to making gains depending on age. I would love to gain about an inch and it seems that I could do that in a year. I have just started my plan and hope it is the right one. If y ou have any further advice on starting out, particularly at 32 years old, I would love to hear it. Again, I keep reading the success stories and wondering if they are exaggerated or whatever, because there doesn't seem to be a lot of scientific evidence to support penis enlargement. So even with my skepticism, I am fully on board, I just want to make sure I do it correctly. Thanks again for your reply!Originally posted by Cavalier View PostA lot of the most successful members here are in the 40's - 70's age range, I'm 56. The reason it may appear that it's the younger guys are making the big gains is because the older ones generally don't boast about or even mention the gains they have made.

Hey Faygo, I'm 56 and like others, you can see how long ago I joined, so no worries about your age. My only regret is that the internet really didn't exist when I was your age or I would have started earlier. This is a lifestyle choice, it will require dedication and discipline. If you haven't already, read the START HERE button located in the upper left hand corner of your screen in on the main site. It is also located in the stickies in the beginner forums if you are on a mobile device. Read, read, read and understand what it is we do here. Be patient, don't rush and follow your routines as outlined. Start slow with a modified program and build up to higher reps. In this work, higher intensity and greater reps DO NOT produce better results. Slow and methodical and have faith.
Welcome to the forums, we are glad you took the time to join this awesome community. Ask questions, pick our minds and have fun. Its why we are all here - to chase the same goal. Enjoy your stay.

I started in my 40's and thankfully have made pretty good gains.
I can honestly say I wouldn't have made the gains that I have if it wasn't for all the advice I got from all the great people here at the Gym.
As long as you keep in mind that it doesn't happen overnight and requires dedication, you should do very well Faygo.
Good luck with it.Bondage.
Some people call it domestic violence.
We call it foreplay.
Got cuffs? GAME ON!

Thank you for your repsonse. I am looking for the .25 inch in 3 months as is suggested a reaosnable goal. I would love a 1.5 inch increase, and have looked at others seeing that it may take a year or two. Thanks again!Originally posted by Looking4more View PostI started in my 40's and thankfully have made pretty good gains.

I'll be frank:Originally posted by ally24 View PostSorry to hijack your thread but as you guys get older how do you manage the time for p.e around Work and family etc
Everyone, as the conventional wisdom goes, has bouts with ED. I had more than a few, it bothered me.
I also had difficulty with preE. I wanted to put an end to those problems. So I gave PE a try. Once you see the benefits, you make time.
I make time for yoga, for eating healthy, for my son and for my wife. To keep that last one going, I make time for PE.03/2015 Start <Able to last ~ 2 mins PIV>
