Happy to say I've hit my 1 year PE anniversary recently. It's been a wonderful journey. Many struggles, many successes. Sometimes things have been a bit of a psychological turmoil as I reached plateaus. None the less I've charged on slowly tugging away day after day.
I've learned so much in my time here about the health of the penis that I could have never imagined before. Feeling like I have a one up in life on most dudes simply from the knowledge of making my sexual health the best it can be for the rest of my life. Thanks to all for the wisdom and at times, patience with some posts.
What's contributed to my success with PE you may ask?
Patience. Persistence. A hell of a lot of time under tension. I haven't had a regular 9-5 so the amount of time and dedication research I can spend on this is extraordinary. The living circumstances have never been such that I wasn't able to openly parade around with my dick in hand.
Also happy to report that I've hit a spot where I'm extremely satisfied with my dick. Before I was very self conscious, but now I parade around town like I'm the man on the block. It's not only helped me with women(the confidence) but just overall in life and about myself. The way people look at me now is much different as you can just see and smell this level of man coming off me. I turn heads and have probably given some whiplash. My social encounters are doing much better and I'm able to communicate on a higher level. Social anxiety is 1/10 what it was before.
Measurements aside, I'm much more grateful for the level of comfort in my own skin than anything else.
What's been my routine? Never really had one. I just tug away till I feel fatigued and start again the next day. I warm up with a rice sock for around 15 minutes. Moisturize the dude and grab a dry microfiber rag wrap my hand round and start tugging. I don't think PE really needs to be as 'calculated' as some say but it's what works for me. I do the same thing in the gym while others have a written journal for every rep and weight or machine used. To me it takes the fun out of the process making it more work and I'm just trying to have fun.
Most gains made came from manual stretches. I have dabbled in hanging and that probably helped me blast some plateaus. I loath jelqing. My hands get tired and it just seems like a pain in my ass. Tried the Stealth ADS system for a few weeks and had some fun but didn't really care for it overall. Just another thing that's a pain in the ass. Have recently started a bit of pumping now and then. FUN! Love pumping although it hurts like a bitch, on the body not the dick. Pumped up to 7 girth a couple times and having that tree swinging between my legs afterward is FUN! Sits around 6-6.25 girth(hard) after a pump session. Will probably be looking into an ADS extender sometime in the near future. Try one of those bad boys out when I get some cash to blow. Maybe for some ULTRA advanced girth work I'll try slamming my dick in a door a few times too. Who knows. Point is, this is FUN! And it shouldn't be seen as work. If it is find a different exercise you'll enjoy.
I look forward to making my year 2 anniversary post and the journey there!
