    I’ve only done 1 1/2 months of JP90 and I’m nealy at my minimal goal. I probably would of passed it by now except I got sick and took a month off. I seem to gain .0625 ever two weeks as I gained .125 my first month and another .0625 during my incomplete second month. Hopefully these type of gains continue for many months.

    Also I haven’t done to usually amount of jelqs (100) that people do, I started with 50 and added 10 each week so maybe I could gain even more if I do all 100.
    Starting (12.13.17)
    BPEL: 6.75
    NBPEL: 6
    EG: 4.9375

    Now
    BPEL: 7.5 [5.5 Months]
    NBPEL: 6.5
    EG: 5.25 [5 Months]

    Goals [NBPEL x EG]
    7.25 x 5.25 (Minimal)
    7.50 x 5.50 (Main)
    7.75 x 5.75 (Wishful)
    8.00+ x 6.00+ (Dream)

    If you're aining with 50+10 Jelqs, keep doing that much until you stop seeing gains.
    Then bump up your jeqls to perhaps 100, do that, if that starts working again keep doing that till you stop seeing gains.

    Its about milking gains until you see a plateau, then finding something new that works best.

    Good job though, keep it up!

      Exactly what what tester said. wont recommend that you increase intensity if current routine is already giving you gains.
      1/2/18 - BPFL 4.0", BPFSL 6.0", BPEL 5.8", EG 4.6" (Start)
      31/7/18 - BPFL 4.3" (11cm), BPFSL 6.6" (16.8cm), BPEL 6.2" (15.8cm), EG 4.75" (12.05cm), NBP 5.39" (13.7cm)
