Hi All,
Just thought I would share my success so far. As the title says, I have been doing PE consistently for 2 months now. I started this routine in early June 2018. Starting stats are:
Just under 6 1/4" in Non Bone Pressed Erect Length
4 3/4" at Mid Shaft in Erect Girth
All in all, your average penis.
I should also note that I began PE on and off in about 2010. The first time I measured was accurately was in 2012, I was 5 3/4" in NBEL then. I have not done PE consistently until now. I am almost positive I gained 1/2" in newbie gains during the spring of 2017 when I hung for a 3 or 4 week period with light weight (between 4-6 pounds). I hung for about 7 hours a week during that period with some jelqing, and gained a half inch in newbie gains.
I have been pretty bad at buying gadgets for PE instead of putting the work in. I own a BIB hanger set, an extender, and a pump. Looking back on it I should have committed to JP90's routine before buying gadgets, but here we are.
For my routine this time around, I performed a variation of the JP90 for the month of June in 2018, and saw a gain of 1/8" in length. I also had to take a week off in June due to a vacation.
For my second month, I cut out stretching and have been hanging. So my routine has been to hang between 2-4 hours every weekday with weight between 6-10 pounds depending on what my penis can take (I work from home making hanging this amount of time manageable). So, for my second month of PE, I hung between 2-4 hours plus jelqing for 20 minutes every weeknight. Early in July, I hung for 2 hours every week day, now I have progressed to 3-4 hours a day depending on my penis. On August 1, 2018 I hung for 3.5 hours and pumped for 6 minutes instead of jelqing. About 30 minutes after I finished pumping on that day, I measured and was just below 6 1/2" NBPEL. This means I have gained 1/4" in erect length since I started at the beginning of June. I should also point out that I had to take an additional 2 weeks off from hanging in July because of a vacation, however, during one of those weeks I jelqed for 20 minutes a night.
So, that means that I have put in a solid 6 weeks of PE, roughly, since starting in June 2018 and have gained 1/4" in erect length. It is impossible to know how much of that is EQ gains or how much is true cell growth / deformation, but gains are gains. My routine going forward for the next 12 months will be hanging between 15-25 hours every week with a progressive load, jelqing for about 20 minutes during the week days, and the occasional pumping to avoid turtling. I am aiming (could be wishful thinking) to gain between 2 and 2.5 inches in erect length over the next 13 months. I am not going for any girth gains yet. This means that my goal is to have NBPEL of 8 1/4 - 8 3/4" by late August 2019. I know this is quite ambitious and I may not hit that, but that's what I am going for.
So far, I have been quite pleased to see length gains. Going back to my 2012 penis, I have put on about 3/4" in length which is pretty nice.
In age, I am mid-late 20's now. Back in 2012, I was in my early 20's. I am also very fit and don't have a fat pad, so these gains did not come from losing my fat pad or curing any ED issues. That is my story. I have definitely learned that PE is possible. I have always considered myself to be a hard gainer (likely due to me being young and healthy which makes deforming my penis relatively harder than a middle aged or older man), so these gains are nice to have.
Anything is possible men! Best of luck to all.
