My girlfriend hasn't said anything yet, I have gained around 1" in BPEL and although I can deliver more intense orgasms to her she still hasn't consciously noticed or said anything about it. Women notice less than a quarter of an inch . At times so little it is not measurable especially girth . Saying something is a different matter altogether they really try to avoid that for whatever reason.

I really don't think women care anywhere near like we do about how big we are. Having been married to the same woman for as long as I have is certainly different then hooking up with different woman on a regular basis. I am fairly confident that if I was sleeping with various girls that at least some of them would react to my size, but since my wife has seen it all these years, it is what it is. To boot, she doesn't really have anything to compare it to other then a few past boyfriends from a long time ago. If we played around she would see that I am pretty large, but neither of us do that.
