I remember seeing a list of PEGym members with the most gains but I’m unable to find it again. Does anyone have the link? Which members have the best photo proof of the gains that they made?

Not sure you are going to find any both before and after pics. Most men, including myself, have posted after pics. The idea of posting before pics never entered my mind when i started to practice p.e.
