To be honest it was all about " Timing , Technique & Kegels Strength ". Practicing my moments with reverse Kegels is what did it for me with prolonged stamina. Kegels are important to keep it all balanced.
Eventually I started incorporating base clamping at the right moment with my PONR & that's what did it. Not only in the training but in the bedroom 😁 also.
Of course edging & Ballooning is way easier than actually having sexual intercourse but with my Fleshlight sleeves it really imitates the real thing. I'm so impressed that I invested in 4 different sleeves

Stretching outside PE TRAINING is important. On the Sticky Board of the PRE-E forum there is a awesome Thread by Willsolvethis called Pre-E90 and a lot of those training technique helped me get to being MMO 👌🏿
