I mostly come on here to give you all a little motivation. I find it is VERY hard to come to terms with the time you put in when all posts online say it doesnt work, well.. most do anyway. I am a body builder and one thing i know is that you have to be CONSISTENT and as well have good form to get gains. So, i apply that principle to my dick and suprise surpise... it works!
One thing to note is that it is a very boring, strenuous, time consuming and hard to grow your dick. But, I have comfort in hopefully being satisfied soon when i hit 9 inches (but maybe not). I used to think i only wanted 7, but when i hit 7 that became small and then 8 which then became small and now on the way to 9.
I guess i can give a little back story;
I started when i was maybe 20ish, i just turned 25. I would say the first two years i was very dedicated, then lost dedication for a while, then slowly worked back into it. I read posts on here basically saying you get to a point you cant grow. I was very worried numerous times on my journey, so i kind of let that fact i see on here take over my motivation (which died, really). I started back into it in June (5x week, with small breaks inbetween when i feel my dick needs to heal).
Routine:
The most time i spend on training is jelqing. It has been my method to growth and has worked... you know what they say, if it aint broke... dont fix it!
-- i spend at least 30 minutes up to an hour (depending on my erection quality) each session
-- some online posts suggest warming your dick with clothes and such for 15 minutes prior... I skip that and get right into just jerking it to warm up the tissue... it prevents those little red dots forming ... though when i first started they came more frequently ( i beleive they are blood clots)
BATH PUMP:
-- i use the pump here and there... but i find it difficult to use because you have to be in a bath and i need a good hour in the bath with it. When i pump, i usually pump for 20 minutes and will go till my dick hurts (not suggested, but when i lift at the gym the only way i grow is feeling pain); after the 20 minutes, ill have a break and go again and really will last till that hour bath ends -- stick on a Netflix show or documentary lol
TIPS:
- erection quality and level is very important when jelqling. I think its been noted on here 80% hard, and I think that's about right
- I put a cock ring at base of dick and also a silicone ring on my shaft half way up (more recently), this is how I make sure that the tissue doesn't retract to its original position and instead is kept extended (makes sense, right?)
Other notes:
- I see some people claiming to grow 2 inches with a matter of months. I find It very hard to believe after all it has taken to grow to 2.75inches; do not expect gains this easy.
- my most recent run, which has been from june - Aug 7 has netted about .25 inches. That is 2 months for .25.
- I DO NOT MEASURE DAILY -- YOU WILL GET DISCOURAGED. Think about it, .25 inches over 2 months … that's like .006 inches every session... you are not going to be able to measure that, let alone you will not get the same boner quality. for example, today I got very motivated seeing that I have had considerable gains again.
Supplements:
- I only take creatine, protein powder, and amino complex. All will help with heal time. These are not taken for my dick, they are taken for my body. But, interesting to note is that creatine increases DHT which has links to increased penis size (also hair loss, grrr).
Anyhow, still on my journey to 9 just thought id stop in and say hi and don't give up. Consistency and form are key. Good luck
