I started here 2 years ago with PE doing the JP90. As anyone who's read any of my posts knows, I gained NOTHING with JP90 but I wasn't discouraged a bit, as I knew JP90 was a conditioning program. Once I completed it, I moved into hanging and never looked back.
I started with a sock hanger (search the site here as Big Al posted very detailed instructions on it) and began hanging a empty coffee mug. As the days went on, I filled the mug with coins. Eventually I started using weights (I wanted to be VERY careful with hanging). At around the 7lb mark I found the sock hanger had reached its limit. I then made a Captn's Wrench (again, use the search feature) and continue with it to this day. I comfortably hang 7.5-10lbs and don't really go up much in weight. The max I'll hang is 12.5-15lbs (I have to be really into it to push 15lbs). Mostly I increase my number of sets.
I started adding in erect Jelqs while I'm in the shower as I need to increase my girth. My wife already says I'm "the biggest cock on the beach" when we go to clothing optional beaches.
Today I measured and was shocked that I'm finally 5" MEG and I mean a SOLID 5". I bet if I did some Jelqs prior to sex (this is a bonus if you didn't know this already), I might be pushing 5.5" at sex time!
Anyways, I don't post logs or anything, but wanted to share my 2-year success mark with everyone. As you can see from my sig below, I'm within range of my lifetime goals. Now if I could only be more consistent! I know if I could hang 1-2 hours per day for 4-5 days consistently I'd likely reach my length goal within the year and my MEG would likely go up as well, but life does have a way of getting in the the way of things.
