    How’s it hanging? Low I hope, I started at the beginning of this year and man I gotta tell you, I love this shit! Worked my ass off and been consistent since day 1. I’m on a 3 on 1 off schedule and do manual stretches in the shower at the moment.

    At the beginning I would do hour long sessions, doing both length and girth workouts. I got awesome gains (mainly from eq) and then hit a plateau. I became super defeated and only resorted to manual stretches in the shower just to do something productive. But after doing this for a month, I measured and got a .25 increase in length, and last month I got the same increase again! Now I am a firm believer that less is more, since I only do 20 min tops of pretty intense stretching.

    I’m posting this to try to help people get out of those depressing plateaus, if you want length, focus 100% on length until you’ve reached your goal.

    Keep tugging y’all, it’s worth it

    Nice man. Did you use an extender or everything by hand? Also, if you wouldn't mind sharing your routine that would be great!

      Never used an extender, used a homemade pump for a bit but didn’t do anything. For warmup I stand in the shower for a few minutes then I stretch straight out and kegal til I cant anymore - do this for 10 sets. Then I stretch up to my bellybutton until discomfort on my base, then over my left leg, then stretch my dick from behind my left leg, straight down, from behind my right leg, over my right leg, then straight up - all until discomfort (slight pain). Do this for 2 sets. Then I bend my dick over my thumb straight down to the left til discomfort , then to the right (should be a 90° angle pushing down to the ground ) do this for 5 sets on each side. Then to wrap it up, I pull the base skin back and stretch out straight out, sometimes bending my dick with my thumb to a 90 so it’s pointing to the side. Also I’m reverse kegaling all the other exercises.
