  • PPI's success and new horizons

I have finally given up on length.

I have gained a good 1.5" to 1.75" in length through PE in a year. The last 6 months(roughly) have shown me no further gains.

Please read my thread pound per inches battle of the buldge and my original thread measurably successful(which is in my sig) for how I've achieved these gains.

I'm really happy with my gains overall. Vtgus is addictive stuff so I've found it very difficult to see my length gains stalling, but I have to try to look at this with perspective. I have smashed my original goals exceeded them and getting myself over 8". I really don't need more. On a good day I'm about 8.35. On a normal day its 8.25. Pushing the ruler gently into my pelvic bone I'm an easy 8.1. My nbpel is around 7.5. So yeah I think that's enough. It has to be!

I've noticed the difference in the bed room with Mrs inch. In most positions I have to have an inch in fresh air now. Doggystyle I'm hanging out 2" in fresh air. Missionary, when she's really warmed up I can still stuff the lot In but I have to be careful. So Mrs inch probably doesn't want anymore length.

So this is it. It's all about girth. On a good day I'm at 5.3 but I'm not changing my stats in my sig until I see significant differences.

My new goals for now is to reach 5.5" in girth as I can see and feel it's falling short, especially when you compare it to the length I have.

I'm literally going to do everything it takes to get there. Once I'm 5.5" I'll make my mind up as to whether I'll keep going.

My routine for now will be based mainly on pumping. I'll support my pumping with jelqs and maybe clamping style techniques.

New horizons lye ahead. Wish me luck and check out my progress log pound per inches battle of the buldge to follow my hopefully continued success.

Wasssup bro , congrats on ya gains! .. I’ve tried to do Manuel hand exercises & always get discouraged & stop because I feel like nothing is really working .. like I never find a sweet spot or anything specific I can do that will guarantee growth if I stay consistent .. but seeing people’s testimony like yours gives me hope. If you don’t mind man, could you message me a direct routine of everything your did , mistakes you wished you didn’t do & just everthing you would’ve focused on to get even better results that I can learn from on my journey . I never used extenders because the ones people Praise are high as hell & pumps too .. so if you could also point me in the right direction with the ones you know for a fact helped you , it would be nice . Thanks bro

First off start with manuals for a couple of weeks or a few weeks. Get used to the pulls and jelqing. Jp90 is a great routine to look to for advice.

Get an extender. I bought one of ebay for like 15 quid. It's the silicone noose style. You can buy extra rods.

Then after a few weeks of manuals, do 1 or 2 sets of manual stretches then stick on the extender. After 30-1hr you'll probably want to have a wee rest from it. Take it off, masarge your unit, do a couple of manuals then stick that extender back on. Basically repeat this process for a couple of hours. Each week build up your time on the extender until you're doing 3 full sets of directional stretches (manuals) and 4+ hours in the extender.

      Finish up with 150-300 jelqs.

Wham I bet you'll get a bigger unit.
