  • My Success story and full routine!

Hey everyone, I've been a member now for 9 years! After being a ghost member for so long, i'm ready to share my routine and success. I remember one day, measuring myself and realizing, damn, i'm not as big as i thought i was. I started at 5.25 BPEL and 4.5 EG. I knew this is not what i wanted and decided to do something about it. I'm into bodybuilding and it fascinates me to see how different variables can make huge changes to your muscle and overall health and physique. So once i found out about P.E., it fascinated me to know i could make my buddy a little bigger. I decided to get some coaching from the man himself, Big AL. This was back in 2012-2013, when i was just starting. The coaching was amazing! I started to learn about manual stretching, jelqing, kegels, and manual girth work. I asked questions about supplementation and devices, and got amazing answers that pointed me in the right direction to what i needed to do next. Eventually, i stopped with Big Al, after gaining about .5 inches in length from just manual work. Life took its toll and i stopped for about a year, lost my gains, but had a renewed desire to continue. So i started up again here, Doing the JP90 routine, and then adding a few exercises that worked for me. Within about a year and a half, MAINLY focusing on length work, i grew an inch in length, and .25 in girth. But eventually i noticed i hit a plateau.

After years of doing Manual work, i looked into getting some devices. I wanted to work on girth now. For 3 months i did manual girth work, thinking i was ready for clamping. i wasn't. It was too intense for me, plus i still felt worn out from my manual girth work. I'm a big believer in progressive overload. Making sure every workout was just a bit more challenging then the last one. Slow and steady is very important! you wont grow over night! Eventually after 3 more months, and no gains in any girth size, i felt i was ready to try clamping. Even though i didn't gain any size in girth, i did notice my EQ was 15/10. I was hard as rock, veiny, and could go on a moments notice. My EQ was my indication that i could handle more intensity during my workouts. So i started to clamp. I don't remember much about my clamping routine, all i know is i didn't stick with it for too long. Life happened again, and i stopped again. Fast forward another year, and i'm starting over again with JP90. I stick with it, then slowly transition to hanging.

I wanted to achieve a desirable length before i started my girth work. But, i wanted to do everything right. So, after a ton of research, i found a routine that helped me achieve my current stats. at this point my stats were 6.5 BPEL and 4.75 roughly EG. As i mentioned earlier, i started with JP90, then moved to hanging. i started very slowly. I started Hanging at 10 mins a set, for 3 sets with 5 pounds for 4 days a week. Wednesday and the weekends were off days for me. Every week that went by i added 2 mins a set, up until i was hanging for 20 mins a set. In between sets, i would jelq to get fresh warm blood in. i would do 50 reps. Then after my last jelqing session, i work on my kegels while maintaining as hard an erection as i can, and warm down. So my Routine is as follows, Warm up, Manual stretching for 10 mins, Jelq for 50 reps, Hang for 20, jelq, hang, jelq, hang, jelq, Kegels, and then Warm down. Takes me around 2 hours total. Along with this, i also wear a Horse Shoe C-ring from the time i wake up, to the time i sleep. I take it off on leg day though. Its not comfortable doing leg press lol. I found this amazing Group on here that pointed me into the right direction on how to properly fit a C-ring and wear one. I find that when i wear it, it leaves my buddy a little pumped up with blood. Not erect, just full. This is so important for my post workout because it helps keep warm blood down there, which means more nutrients and oxygen for it to grow! it hangs lower, and just overall feels more healthier after wearing it a number of days. Also, after a few workouts where i pushed myself past my limit, this has helped me recover much faster. I always listen to how my penis is feeling. I know after some workouts where i was over zealous, i had to take a few days off. I would turtle all day. But wearing the ring and warm rice socks really helped speed up the healing process for me.

I would also take a vitamin B12 and a Cayenne pepper pill. Along with L-citrulline Malate 2:1 ratio, 4 Grams pre PE, then 4 gram pre gym. i would achieve great blood flow to my buddy. My erections became rock solid, even on weeks that i wouldn't workout at all. These are great supplements for me that open up circulation. I also increased my cardio to get more oxygen flow. This was very important to my overall health, which made everything else happy.

Now i'm at 7.75 Bpel and 5.25 Eg after 2 years of starting my hanging routine. The only things that i changed was how i hung. Sometimes i would hang standing, but eventually started to lay, with my legs elevated, to get a very deep hang. i had to start slow doing the elevated leg type of hanging. Its Deep! I stuck with the same 5 pound weight, just varied how i hung. I'm a grower for sure. My flaccid didn't grow much, i just got more chubby lol. Sometimes i have to make sure i'm just flaccid and not turtleing lol jk. I feel like i hit a plateau with the weight i'm hanging on, but its hard to find smaller weights during this time of covid-19. Also, i'm happy with my length, and decided i'm going to start working on my girth. I feel like i succeeded WAY PAST MY OWN EXPECTATION. It took me 9 years off and on, and when i was on, i was doing it consistently, 5 days a week, for months, and years. It was hard work, and i'm so happy for the gains I've made, but i'm even more happy as to how healthy my penis feels. I'm hanging lower and feel fuller, i hardly turtle, and my confidence is through the roof. I'm proud to have what i got because i worked hard for this. I've been with my girl for the whole experience and she couldn't be happier either. Everyday you do your exercises, your one step closer to your goals! All my gains are thanks to everyone here in this awesome community. I got started here with you all and with help from Big Al too. I appreciate you guys! Don't give up! Keep going! sorry this is so long.

Hey congrats man! For weights with COVID I have been using rocks and weighing them on a scale and tying paracord type rope around like 5 times.
