From 6.4 to 8.4

  • I thought 20 min stretching and 20min jelqing will yield more than regained size but i got adapted quickly to that time frame.

    When i was stretching i couldn't get longer post workout bpfsl.
    ​​​​​
    2 week ago i raised to 35min each exercise.
    And 1 week ago i raised just in case to 40 min both.
    So far good progress.

    Pre workout bpfsl 22.7cm and post workout 23cm.
    Bpel hitting consistently 22.6cm-22.7cm.
    Even managing to measure 22.8cm hair under 9inch.
    I cant confirm if i gained but same thing i said last year and gained 1 cm pure length.

    ​​​​​​I will continue to do 40min each for few weeks.

      Outstanding how you can keep your trainings up to 40min
      I get bored when i get to 25 min

      • As years go by i'm accepting it will take more time and dedication to gain.

        This year if i dont reach 23.5 cm i will start hanging for first time ever.

        I know there are posts about hangers but most of them i didn't understand.
        I hope this will be easier.

        I made pretty easy and good homemade hanger.
        ​​​​​​It only takes one rectangular sponge size about 5cm x 12cm.
        Width about 1-2cm.
        Whole length of sponge topside and underside i cover with insulation tape.
        And on other end i connect velcro.

        ​​​​​After i put it on penis i use ordinary metal hose clamp .
        And starting to tighten it to comfortable level so weight don't slip and not feel pain.

        ​​​​I experimented with 1.2kg i felt it is stretching suspensory ligament more than manual stretching.
        When i stretch ligament is more loose i can move it with other hand.

        • I think ligaments have little more possibility to lenghten after i exhaust that i will start Ultrasound heating.
          This will raise more temeperature inside penis than IR lamp i use
          From experiment it only heats to 38°- 39°
          At 40°- 43° degrees celsius it will weaken all collagen structures, septum ligaments and give bigger difference in pre workout and post workout bpfsl.
          There are more information at thunders place about that method.

          • Some very interesting things started to happen
            When i added 30 min of btc hanging right after 40 min manuals.

            ​​​​​​I realised maybe i have thick septum and i can't enlarge tunica without therapeutic heat.
            But i gave a try with btc hanging which i never done before neither btc stretch or hanging.
            So at least i can extend ligaments to make exit point lower and reveal more inner penis.
            It is not true gain maybe but anything that makes you bigger in size is a gain.


            ​​​​​​After 1 week, 1 hour after session i consistently can measure 22.8-22.9cm or 9 inch Bpel
            Nbpel is 21 cm or 8.25 inch.
            Bpfsl pre workout 22.8 cm and post workout 23.1-23.2cm.

            ​​​​​​Also i dont recommend increasing intensity like i am doing.
            I am impatient a little but in safety region for me.
            Last year i was gaining much easier than now.
            My routine currently is 40 min jelqing and after about 10 hours 40 min manual stretching in various angles in
            ​​​​​​front of IR lamp.

            After that i attach my homemade hanger with weight 1.8 kg or 4 lbs.
            And do another 20 min hanging btc with lamp to stay heated as much as possible.
            After that i release hose clamp for few min to regain circulation.
            And do another 10 min of btc hanging without heat to try to keep that strain in cooled state.

            Today i finished week
            From tommorow i will do 40 min manuals and maybe 50 min btc but i will see i think i will hold this intensity for some time.

            When it comes to my motivation im ready to do at the end of cycle about 120 min to 150min per day.
            Also never exceding 3.5 kg at end of cycle.

            So i have chance to lose strength when i decide to take decon break.
