I just started using the extender. Up until now, I was doing pumping, JP90, Big Al's jelq free routine. JP90 + pumping had the biggest effect for the +1".
The 2nd inch I hope to get it from the extender and bathmate + edging.

It s with phallossan forte . And i make soft PE 15 to 30 min everyday after my 10 to 15 hours phallosan . But really it s very very long way . Yes sometime White and cold glans sometime i m affraid but after my PE or massage 15 to 30 min no problem or my masturbation ( lol sometime 3 times) .
