  • Towel Raise(amazing!!!)

    hello there!i just do Towel raise for 2 months and i noticed that my dick its getting bigger!!at firts it was 6.38 inch and now 6,97 inch...That's the only exercise i do...Any opinions?!

    Well that's some great gains alright, congratulations! The experts like Big Al highly recommend stamina work like towel raises and such.

        Stamina work will give you a better EQ, and that translates into a bigger healthier penis.

          how much or for how long does your session last?
          Current:
          Target 1- 7inch by 5.5inch
          Target 2- 8inch by 6inch
          Ultimate GOAL- 9inch by 6.5inch

              i like towel raise(push ups) more than any other variaton of kegel.

              OPA! dude that's amazing considering that you only do this excercise,strange if you ask me.You should keep doing this excercice,don't change a thing!

                Those are some amazing gains from only towel raises!
                Congratulations!
                I am a big fan of kegels in general and towel raises in particular, but even so, I am very impressed.

                  i think it is as we going to the gym and exercise all the muscle of our body....That's why towel raises it's effective..You push all your power and all the muscles of the penis are involved

                    what kind of towel is used for this, like size and stuff

                        I keep forgetting about towel raises. I like them also. Need to make a note to self. do towel raises.

                          hm i dont even practice erect kegels. i do them flacid. just do about 400 w/ stretching, then 100 + 50 reverse throughout the day. 4days a week. after a week and a half im incredibly hard and my stamina is going through the roof

                            if you were doing these would you do them before or after your jelqs in your routine or does it even matter
