So i dont post alot on here but i do check out the threads and keep updated with whats going on. But i figured i had to post in here now to share my excitement about this.
At the end of July i was just barely hitting the 6 in mark, and now only a little over a month later im a definite 6.125!!! i kept checking it again to make sure cuz i was in disbelief. Now i know this may seem like a small gain, but to me this is proof. Proof that this does work and that this is only the beginning...
What gets to me is thinking about measuring before the gains at the smaller size. Granted i havent made huge gains. But i mean ive almost gained a half an inch (.425) in total since ive started over a year ago. and thinking back that i know i used to be smaller and looking down on the ruler now is so sick. cuz the ruler doesnt lie....im bigger now lol. so i cant wait to just keep it up and hope the gains keep coming. ive set myself a modest long term goal of 6.5x5 which im starting to think is very attainable with time and patience.
so if youre having doubts about PE, my best words of advice are...give it a try. done safely and correctly it will give you results, you just have to put in the work.
