Ok so I started in may with JonPop's 90-day basic initial program. Day 1 I measured in at 5.6' ELNBP and EG 4.75. At first I saw great flaccid gains which kept me motivated and eventually my erect size started to increase.
I'm not gonna lie I got really into over the summer and did a little more than what he suggests but always followed my PI's and took rest days when my workouts didn't go as planned. I even messed around with a few advanced excercises such as different variations of jelqing and stretching.
I warmed up most of the time and occasionally wear a what-a-grip when I remember too. Towards the end of the summer I dabbled a little bit with hanging and clamping but did not like either enough to keep it up. When i got back to school I began doing alot of edging when I masturbate and have cut off jelqing besides when I shower for lack of time.
My routine now consists of about every other day edging and usually some stretches and dry jelqs before bed and sometimes in the morning nothing too much but my routine is centered around edging with high EQ and staying near the point of no return for maximum engorgement.
My current stats are 6.75 ELNBP and EG 5.5. These are my best measurements across 3 times i've measured in the past week or so. SO BASICALLY IN 5 MONTHS I HAVE A NET INCREASE: 1.1' ELNBP and .75 EG'!!!!!! I am very pleased with that but would like to hear from people that have gained more than an inch in either length or girth on what they did to get even more out of PE.
I would also like to point out that during these 5 months i have dabbled with extenze, horny goat weed, and natural testosterone boosters. probably 2 months of extenze, 3 months of horny goat weed, and a month of testosterone pills.
Going forward I plan on doing shower jelqs and shower edging whenever I shower. Edging whenever I masturbate. Stretches before bed and when I wake up. I also plan on adding interior stretches to see if I can pull some of my dick out from inside my body. Is there anything else you experienced PE'ers think I should add as I now consider myself experienced based on my gains.
