I am copying this from my progress thread. If you wish to read it there or follow my journey, here is the link:

    FOUR MONTH MEASUREMENTS

    BPEL - 7.531"
    BPFSL - 7.75"
    MEG - 5"
    NBPEL - 6.75"

FOUR MONTH MEASUREMENT THOUGHTS AND RAMBLINGS:

BPEL - Well shit, I topped out at just above 7.5" I made a 1/16" gain. I think that is great, and to be honest - that's much more what I expect from PE. My first three months were a WILD ride of gains (at least in length). Even if I kept a 1/16th per month gain, it'd be less than an inch in a year. That's more what I expected from PE for the first year; year and a half. So I'm very thankful for my earlier gains.

BPFSL - This is still moving on up, which is pretty promising. I'm up to 7.75" now when I'm warmed up and stretched. I'd love to see this fill out and turn into BPEL in the next three months.

MEG - 5"... FINALLY. And its a solid 5". I thought about clamping and measuring afterwards, but I'm glad I didn't. That may have skewed my number and I'd not know whether it was really 5" or not. I've now gained a solid 1/4" since I started in 4 months. These gains are leaving me very impatient, but I'm glad for them. I am not being "spoiled" with huge girth gains the way I was with length gains. I started doing my girth work at higher erection levels in the hopes that my girth gains will continue. At this pace, I would tack on another .5" in 8 months, taking me to 5.5". That would be amazing. I'm hopeful, but skeptical. That said, even if I gain nothing, I will stick with the program.

NBPEL - I was ecstatic that I had a 1/8" increase here. Not only does that show the 1/16" increase of actual penis length, but it also shows that some of my weight loss efforts have effected my fat pad by about 1/16". I don't get on a scale... well, very rarely anyway. So I really can only eyeball my weight loss efforts. I can tell when my abs show better or worse, but such a small difference in my fat pad was only able to show up on the ruler. Maybe this can keep increasing as I continue on P90X. Hopefully, I can watch what I eat too, but frankly, its the holiday season, so don't hold me to it.

DO - (This happened for the first time last night) Uhhh... I don't even know what to say. I haven't researched dry orgasm much and now it seems that I have to because that was just weird. I was trying to edge a little while. I like to do stop-start edging. If I can, I take it to right below the point of no return. I can usually get my penis to kegel and stand up involuntarily for a good 5-7 seconds. However, last night I did this a few times and the last time it stood there for like 12 seconds. I couldn't release the kegel. It felt like a lifetime. Than finally it released and I went into a full orgasm with only tiny leakage. I watched (and felt) in amazement as my penis contracted over and over again with no ejaculation. Time to do my research!

Other thoughts - I am going to continue with the program I am currently on. This is basically the same as when I started. The only difference is I stretch for about 100 seconds longer (in five directions), I am trying to jelq at higher erection levels, and I will continue experimenting with clamping, but on no set schedule... just whenever I have the time. That's it. I haven't stopped gaining yet, so why change anything?!

Definitely slowed down. But I think the length gains were because I was easily stretchable and some EQ quality increases. I think my girth gains are more in line with what one should expect from PE... slow and steady. Thanks for following along Sidewinder.

This is totally amazing! You are becoming a legend in PE and are surely a great source of motivation for a lot of us. Thanks for this!

Hey NG... Just saw this. I don't know about "legend." hahaha. I just think I ended up being one of the lucky ones who had nice newbie gains. As far as motivation, I hope I DO motivate some people. I could choose to sit on the sidelines and not contribute here. My gains would still come. But honestly, I couldn't feel right sucking all the info and help out of everyone here without giving back. I hope more and more people share their experiences.

Thanks so much, Bob, for sharing your success story with us. That is why I joined several p.e. sites over the past seven years. I made all my gains on my own, and I needed to share my success with others. I feel exactly the way you do about it. You're a man after my own heart. Keep up the good work.

How many days a week do you PE?

How many jelqs do you do, and at what erection level?

How many seconds total do you stretch in each of the 5 directions, and with what intensity do you stretch?

Are you doing only standard jelqs and stretches?

How long do you warm up for, and do you warm down also?

Any other tips on how to do the exercises properly?

We do PE exercises. No one is a legend here.

4-5, depending on my free time but I ideally shoot for the 2 on/1 off schedule.

How many jelqs do you do, and at what erection level?

50 in each hand (100 total)... My first few months my erection level was below 50%. The last few weeks, I've kept it at about 70-80% as I'm hoping my girth gains will improve.

How many seconds total do you stretch in each of the 5 directions, and with what intensity do you stretch?

I stretch as hard as I can nowadays (I couldn't do this for the first few weeks). 70 seconds up, down, left, right, and two minutes out while circling.

Are you doing only standard jelqs and stretches?

Lately, I've started doing UJ's mixed in with standard OK jelqs. Other than that, its all pretty standard, simple stuff.

How long do you warm up for, and do you warm down also?

Ten minute warm up with rice sock. I shower after workouts, so however long that usually takes is my "warm down."

Any other tips on how to do the exercises properly?
FOCUS. I think that I focus on every move. I feel the stretch. I feel the blood moving. I've learned in working out that it is WAY TOO EASY to get stuck in a rut, just "going through the motions." I promised myself I wouldn't do this with PE and so far it seems to be paying off.

I also try to jelq in all different directions too, so while my PE workouts seem simple, I'm thinking that it keeps my body guessing and adapting (growing) at a higher rate than if I did the same 100 jelqs in the same direction every time.

                            *These are just theory's.

                            Good luck!
