I am new to the forum, but I have been reading them for a few days. Very useful information all around.
BACKGROUND:
I have been doing edging for years. Never found it to have any effects on my size, although that was not why I was doing them. I did them for pleasure and also to improve ejaculatory control. Tried many many times for "dry orgasms" or stopping ejaculation by kegaling, but would inevitably get partial ejacs or retrograde ejacs.
I should also mention that due to doing lots of kegaling, and also light kegals near the PONR during edging, my pelvic floor muscles became pretty twitchy and I started having occasional PremEjacs. I have since been trying to do lots of reverse kegals to relax the muscles a bit, and also try to control their involuntary contractions on the in-stroke during masturbation or sex. I think I am getting some minor improvement, though still a decent ways to go.
BALLOONING/MMO:
SO a few days ago I saw the ballooning FAQ on here and maybe read one or two threads, and decided to do it a three nights ago. I was in bed, had some visual stimulation on (pictures/video of GF), and essentially massaged myself till hard, and then massaged my frenulum/glans till getting close to PONR at which point I would move the massage around mid-shaft and a bit to the side (SS - Sweet Spot for now). The first few times this would just pull me back from PONR. But after a few times, after an hour, I noticed both a tingly, electrifying, effervescent sensation in all of my body, as well as noticed that I was now massaging that SS only. I dont know which came first. I also noticed that my muscles felt a bit bubbled out in my perineum. Like a reverse kegal but without any of the other muscles being involved like abdominal or lower back muscles. Perhaps (involuntary) isolated muscle reverse kegal.
At this point I started having MMOs. Extreme amounts of tingly sensation through out body. No twitching in the pelvic muscles, but a very very tiny gentle wave like sensation somewhere in the perineum area, not sure where. There was also lots of clear pre-seminal fluid. About half a teaspoon with each orgasm. I must have been in this state for about two hours, massaging the SS, and these orgasms for most of the duration. I would guess maybe 40 to 50 such orgasms (Minuteman has called these "RO" - Rolling Orgasms I think), but it could be much more. I lost most of my awareness, and actually dont even remember looking at laptop. Also, after some point, I was able to do this even by massaging on the frenulum. BTW, I got nothing out of massaging the top of the glans, as some here have suggested.
I also noticed that I did not have the pressure buildup in the perineum or prostate area as I usually would with edging. Perhaps due to constant release of prostatic fluids. AND I also noticed that at about half of the times I was actually not even hard with maybe an EQ of 5. Most importantly I did not get tired, and infact the sessions extended out so long because I felt even more energized.
THE NEXT DAY:
I felt a tingly all over my body for the whole day, and at times slightly frazzled nerves. I felt more energetic, and my body felt lighter. I also briefly worried if there are risks of too much endorphins in body. Apparently there are not. I also noticed that if I had sexual thoughts or directed my thoughts and energy towards my genitals, I could have a slightly gentler version of the above orgasms.
The next two nights I was able to replicate the orgasms, but they were more difficult to attain, most likely because the penis felt a bit more desensitized. Also, I didnt have the tingly sensations. Just would approach PONR, and would then ride out and over the PONR. Lots of pre-seminal fluid, no semen, and no retro-ejac.
Last night I was a bit closer to the first night. I difference I noticed was that sensitivities would go up and down during the same session. For example, at time A I could easily massage the frenulum, and 2 minutes later I could only massage at the very base to keep from having a wet orgasms.
QUESTIONS:
1. How does one transition this from solo to duo? (Since during intercourse you can choose which spots you receive stimulation on) I am really looking for various advice regarding this.
2. Is the suggestion to not stimulate the frenulum just function advice (ie. to not go induce ejac orgasms) or is there some concern with ballooning with frenulum stimulation?
3. Any advice on learning to flex and relax the PC and BC muscles in isolation for other muscles and from each other?
4. MMOs with not being fully erect - Any possible problems with this?
5. Any cautions or things I need to look out for?
6. Any suggestions for things to try?
7. Advice on how to use this to also learn dry orgasms? I think my kegals are strong enough, but can never figure out the exact timing and duration of kegal squeeze.
8. It seems I can only achieve these ROs after about an hour of stimulation and after multiple approaches and retreats from PONR. Suggestions to make this doable sooner?

I also regularly drink ginger tea and agree with KP suggestion of the erection tea. The ginger tea definitely increases the residual tingles the next day.
