  • Three month stats

I first started pe in September 2010, with the following stats:

    BPEL: Length +-5 1/4", Girth 4 1/2"
(I really doubt if my starting stat was an accurate measurement, however, it gives me a rough estimate of where I started. Since this time, hopefully, I have learned how to measure).

In October 2010, I started with JP's90 and for the next 90 days followed the program to a tee. Getting a little over zealous, especially towards the last 3 to 4 weeks, I added in numerous other pe exercises. My three month stats are as follows:

BPEL: Length 6 1/4", Girth 5" at the base and 4 6/8" mid shaft

I had some eq problems in the beginning up until one month ago. Currently, my eq is through the roof. The only way to describe the feeling is I feel engorged https://www.pegym.com/forums/images/icons/icon7.gif. I was somewhat hesitant to list my starting stats, due to my lack of experience in measuring. However, taking this into consideration, even if I actually gained 3/4" in length and 1/4" in girth, I feel that this is a really good start. My immediate goal of 7 X 5 is becomming more of a reality.

I just wanted to say thank you to anyone that responded to my questions and to those that supplied their wisdom in their great posts.

Midasman, Thanks! By the way, impressive girth! You are the man! Wish I were naturally girthy in that area! I really feel that my progress so far is well beyond my wildest expectations, especially since resolving the eq. On the other hand, I am very dedicated to pe and I continually swith it up. and look for new exercises to incorporate into my routine. I try to do a lot of investigation and reading of different exercises and routines offered on this site, Thunder and Big Al. I have also handmade most of the pe tools mentioned in this site and in Thunder. I must admit that a lot of the devices just don't work out for me, something I attribute to a smaller girth measurement when flacid. I did however make a Captain's Wrench. However, I think that I will modify the wrap, by incorporating a piece of leather for the sake of comfort. Maybe the Bibb would be a good investment? I am using a DIY ADS device and soon will be sending away for the X4 Deluxe extender, when I the funds to do so. Can wait to try that puppy on for size!

Amiok, Thank you for you response. Yes, keep pushing and pulling! Switch it up, as often as possible. PE is my new found love! Realistically, it's healthy and the results are amazing.

TL88, Thank you and by the way, those are pretty impressive gains that you posted! Since you have now reached that Intermediate stage of your training, what program modifications are you going to put into action? I just ordered my X4 extender yesterday. I'll be supplementing the extender with perhaps jelgs? I like to switch it up a bit, so we will see. I would like to see what some of the Senior members recommend before I make a commitment to any intermediate program. I noticed that you are from Canada, land of my roots. Good luck with your continued progress! Dano

Congrats Dano, those are great gains. I'm a few weeks into JP90 with a little bit of gentler background work and I've already gained a quarter inch - can't help myself measuring all the time! I haven't seen any girth yet, and like you my EQ is slipping a little so this is really encouraging.

                Keep it up!

Thanks for the words of encouragement! I consider myself to be pretty much obsessed with pe! What I mean by this is when I sit down, I sit on my junk, when I'm in bed I do bed fowlers, when I'm driving it's 100 kegels followed by 100 reverse kegels, when I'm in the men's room, it's 3 sets of 10 pulls. My starting eq sucked. After three weeks of pe, it was at an all time low, probably due to over doing the pe. About a month later, I noticed a positive change in the eq meter. The eq consistantly improved and now, after almost four months of pe exercises, my eq is probably at 95% level. Even if the pe were solely for the benefits of the eq, the commitment involved would still be worth all the work. The extra length and girth are added bonuses, (the icing on the cake). And I owe it all to those on this forum that offer their insight, words of wisdom and encouragement.

What is the JP's 90-day program and where can I get this guide?

                          Hey there fellas,

I'm new this site and came accross your thread. That is some great gains you got there. By any chance do you know where I can get my hands on the JP's 90-day ? I would highly appreciate it if you could help a short fella out. Thanks a million.
