When I thought about the whole Penis Exercise thing, I thought it was a whole lot of bullpie until I researched this website and the credibility. Only 2 weeks of JP90's routine with 2 off days a week, I've gained .2 inches of NBPEL, EG of 4.3 inches and my NBPFL is about 3.7 inches. I'm now at about 4.2 inches in NBPEL which is a good start. I'm aiming to atleast hit the averages of about 6.5 NBPEL then probably work a bigger goal of 8 inches from there.
I don't warm up with towels or rice socks, rather I get a full erection and keep it up for as long as I can to get a bit of blood and heat rushing through and I warm down with a really short edging session, like no longer than 20 minutes.
It just goes to show that even a small amount of dedication can lead you on the path to great success.
