  • 2 weeks of JP90 (first impression)

    When I thought about the whole Penis Exercise thing, I thought it was a whole lot of bullpie until I researched this website and the credibility. Only 2 weeks of JP90's routine with 2 off days a week, I've gained .2 inches of NBPEL, EG of 4.3 inches and my NBPFL is about 3.7 inches. I'm now at about 4.2 inches in NBPEL which is a good start. I'm aiming to atleast hit the averages of about 6.5 NBPEL then probably work a bigger goal of 8 inches from there.

    I don't warm up with towels or rice socks, rather I get a full erection and keep it up for as long as I can to get a bit of blood and heat rushing through and I warm down with a really short edging session, like no longer than 20 minutes.

    It just goes to show that even a small amount of dedication can lead you on the path to great success.

      It's pretty amazing when you get a result, and even more one so early, right? I was a sceptic too, certainly of such obvious crap about penis pills and the like. I presumed that's all that penis enlargement was - hawkers preying on peoples insecurities with no reality to their claims. Then I stumbled on the gym and it all seemed so... sensible! So many people, apparently genuine, reporting progress and gains thanks to penis exercise!

      I became curious, then cautiously optimistic. I worried I might be pissing in the wind - but very few seem to report a benefit of no gains at all. I consider myself lucky to have taken a chance, and to be on a promising path. I've gained a little already, and am working for more.

        Yeah cool man. I'm just not sure about the efficiency of your warming up method. I think you should consider doing a proper warm up with rice sock or something more effective.

        (3 month goal)-----BPEL 7.5" x MSEG 5.5" BPFSL 7.75"
        current--- may/21-BPEL 7.7" x MSEG5.5" BPFSL 8.1"

          Keep up the great work Wobwob! I haven't measured myself yet, and I've just started last week. I'm not going to measure myself until 1 month's progress. It'll motivate me more once I hit this mile stone. Like Art has said, and many others will say, a little proper warm up goes a "long" ways. Good luck to you on your journey!
