  • It works

    Hey everyone,

I've been lurking on this site for several months now and felt as if I should update you guys with my progress. I started PE'ing in October of 2010 and have been at it ever since. For the first couple of months, I stuck with just jelqs and stretches. Soon after, I added horse squeezes (there are several names for this exercise). I saw OK gains. I went from about 6 inches erect length to about 6.2, 6.3 inches inches erect length with no noticeable gains in girth (I was at about 4.7 EG).

About a month and a half ago I read about Kegels and decided to get it a try. Best decision ever. EQ went through the roof and over the course of a few weeks I saw noticeable gains in girth. IMO, erect kegels were the catalyst in my gains. My junk just felt nice and full after every session.

I only jelq and stretch twice a week, mainly on Mondays and Wednesdays. I kegel on M, T, W, TH, and Sunday. This has worked for me. At my latest measurement I came in at 6.6 EL and 5.1 EG (measured only from the middle) I'm not sure if I'm doing bone pressed or not. I don't push up against anything. I just measure from the top from my abdomen area to the tip of the head.

Anyway, this is my story so far. if you have any Q's, let me know. Good luck.

      Welcome to the gym Kball151,
Glad to read about your success. Keep up the good work!
It seems that you're measuring NBPEL or something closer according to your technique, which can leave room to some variations in measures but still 0.6" in length is quite nice and 0.4" in girth is just great!

Great success so far keep it up! I've recently got right back into erect kegels too i think they're an excellent exercise.

at some point you should consider towel raises, i believe they're an excellent step up from erect kegs once your PC is pretty strong

@everyone: Thanks guys. Also, another VERY important detail is to BREATHE, BREATHE, BREATHE. If you have to, take a deep breathe for every stroke when you jelq. Trainers tell you to breathe when you're lifting weight to encourage blood circulation and help lift more. Same concept applies here; the better circulation you have the more blood you're pushing up.

@hsguy: Thanks for the tip. I will try this out for sure.

Also, to enhance girth gains, hold one strong kegel (whil 100 erect of course) and then perform the horse squeeze. This method gorges the penis with blood.

For the doubters who want proof that PE works? Check out my before and after picture taken at the same angle with the same camera (iphone), sitting on the same chair.

My album cover is the most recent one I took after roughly 7.5 months of PE and the one on the far right, where I'm wearing a black jacket, was taken after roughly 5.5 - 6 months of PE.

Hope this helps motivate some people. Good luck.

Yeah she works alright and I can understand where your success is coming from too as I don't over do it myself. Out of the 5 or 6 mths I've been into it , 3 of those I had to take off , too much on , other stresses and stuff . Still has been a big difference.

                      Cheers and goodluck
