Brother dont you worry a week is nothing timewise in PE, consider youreslf blessed if you gain anything after one month. Deepsquat's gains were inspirational, RedAce. But he had been at it for 8 to 9 months before he posted these gains. Try to think in terms of months, rather than weeks. I didn't start to gain that fast until I hit my fourth month of daily, consistent jelqing and stretching.
