if i got it right mate, he did one set of basic stretches ( directional and maybe some circular stretches ). all in all is one of the lightest routine out there. the more important part of the story is consistency, and less is more attitude. start light and see how much off work your dick can handle.

man, just try it and see how much time one set of directional stretches would take. As for circle stretches, i don't think that exercise line up is that much important. At the end we all do what's best for us.

                          • No problem mate :-) It's sad that PEsG is not more on this forum, I would ask him a couple of questions myself.

PESG wrote everything on the second page of this thread. He was doing each stretch ONCE for 25 KEGELS = no time frame. Just keep the stretch and kegel 25 times, then he moved to 50 kegels... It doesn't matter how long it takes- 20, 30 or 50 seconds...it was 25 kegels.

TOTAL duration of stretching= 25 kegels x stretch in each direction mentioned...

                              • This is, without a doubt, the best thread on this site. The reason it's so important is its focus and simplicity.

I dabbled in PE about ten years ago, but gave up because I was impatient and it didn't seem to be doing anything (after two full weeks, imagine that!) Although now in retrospect I'm near-depressed that I didn't follow up on it. Imagine the progress I'd have had by now if I'd stuck with it. Oh well. I was actually googling kegels (I have no idea why, now... you know how it goes when you're bored and have internet access), and found this site.

After looking around for thirty or so minutes, I was ready to leave. Clamping, weights, jelqing, etc, etc, etc. The amount of options/techniques was overwhelming. Then on my way out I saw Waylander's Quick Links thread, and in it the link for here.

Long story short (too late for that, probably). This thread inspired me to start back up again, using the 90-day techniques applied to PESG's schedule and advice. I'll have to find time to slip away somewhere to do it at home. I know it's a bit weird (although not uncommon from some of the posts I read), but I don't plan on telling my wife about PE, since this is more for myself and my confidence.

But that's beside the point. What this post boils down to is saying thanks to PESG for him translating so much of the information here into a simple, concise, and proven method.
