Gentlemen:
I started my PE Journey on September 28th, 2010 after lurking in the shadows studying the art of growing the male member. I decided to start and went right to the advanced routines and experienced..
1. Stretch Marks
2. Sore hands-fingers, wrist, thumbs
3. Hard flacid-I jelqued and Ulied it out everyday.
4. Sore neck
5. Bruised base
6. Penis glands abrasion
7. Tender balls
I went over 180 days without a day off and gained almost two full inches in girth and length.
Currently I work out like this:
Monday-Lazy Ass Stretch 3-4 hours per day, Tunica Stretch, bundled, and 1000 Side to Side streches. I also bed Fowfer and Keigal (regular and reverse 200++)
Tuesday: Repeat
Wednesday: 30 minutes Jelq (palms up, palms down, 5 seconds, 10 seconds, one handed, two handed, V jelq, 50-90 erection level depending on the PI's for the day, and consider my Jelq routine an expert routine)...then I do Supra Slammers 10 reps, 5 ULI two hand holds for 1 minute each. I use controlled tight pressure. I am patient....very patient..my form is perfect (LAS, Fowfer, Keigals,and stretch during the day)
Thursday: Same but once in morning and once late night
Friday: LAS, Fowfer, keigals all day (Rest day)
Saturday: off Night Fowfer
Sunday: off Night Fowfer
I measured NBPEL 6.5 solid and 7.1 BPEL
(Measured with shoe string before...used a tape measure this time and the measurements were lower with tape measure(More accurate) 5.5 girth midshaft and 5.9 at the base
My normal flacid hand is 3.5-4.0
I am so happy with my gains and I dedicate it to:
Never letting penis turtle ( ever). BTC or LAS and night fowfer everyday)
Diet: 1 gallon water, 2 protein shakes per day
Consistent effort and mixing up the exercises
###- never warm up..just start out slow and progress into the routine
###-always end session with a powerful orgasm
###-use petroleum jelly and after work out use vitamin E oil
### -each session includes edging and or ballooning
###-only measure once per month
This is the best decision I have ever made and my wife is the beneficiary!!!!
My goal for 2011-2012 is 7.5 Nbel and 6.0 girth mid-shaft!!! I will post in another 365 days!!!!!!!!!!!!!
