wow I never even heard of those until now.. I have some small ones I think just on the glans and I thought they were normal.. I agree that the bad cases that I looked at on google would appear to be an std if you didn't know better. Sure would suck having to wikipedia this for girls everytime you want a bj lol. Anyway, it is a problem for a few girls. I have had three women ask me, "What are these little bumps?" It is interested having to explain them. I would be concerned if I were a chick putting my mouth on a cock and felt little bumps. STDs are serious and they should ask. It is problematic for me because I jelq for 15 minutes after my morning shower and post workout shower.

I have these. Our family GP told me they were warts when I got them checked as a teenager, and was a virgin. He sent me to a skin specialist who told me what they really were. I've been much less worried about them since then, and have seen them on men in porn sometimes.
