  • 5.7in to 7.25in but back for more after 8 years off. TLDR

This is what I have learned from my 10 years of stretching and PE exercises from 2003 till 2013. Much of this is talked about on the forums, but I wanted to keep this info at the front of most PE’s minds because of its importance. I also wanted to share my long term success and why I have returned to my longest and oldest obsession.

I started at 14.5cm - 5.7in BPEL by 13.5cm - 5.3in MEG, no BEG at the time for reference.

When I started my PE journey I fell into many of the money traps like pills and creams back in 2003 and this lasted for about 2 years with me trying quick fixes mixed with a small amount of Jelqing 2-3 times a day, but not consistently. I saw little to no gains in this time that were not completely temporary. The pills did help blood flow, but it was not a size change in the real sense.

I then moved on to Jelqing and an air pump. This led to some very limited growth, but I was far more dedicated this time around. Seeing some actual change I then found myself online reading all the info I could find, but in 2005-2006 this was very limited. So I continued like this till I had caused myself multiple injuries with the air pump, mostly blistering and lots of blood blisters. I’m sure my overzealous use of the air pump and Jelqing had a lot to do with the problems.

I was not deterred by the setback and over the next 7 years I went through 4 different stretching devices always ending in me throwing the device away once I went a little too far and injured myself because of it. I did see long term gains that I still have today, but I quit for the last 8 years over one serious injury that made me very leery to restart. It was an injury from the top of the head where the strap rests and it left me with shooting pain for 2-3 years afterwards. The pain would come and go, but I knew it was my fault for wearing the device too long and too often. Nothing will make you rethink your plans like a sharp pain just under the head of your member.

    My current measurements 18.5cm - 7.25in BPEL by 14.5cm - 5.7in MEG , 15cm - 5.9in BEG for reference

What I learned over all the years I have done PE is listen to your body and don't push yourself too hard. PE will have discomfort and a feeling of stretching and light burning/tingling and that is a natural feeling you will know is adding to your progress, but there are other pains you must not ignore like, numbness, sharp pains, or intense burning. Pushing yourself too far can lead to serious injury and this should be avoided at all costs, you are in it for a marathon and not a sprint.

The reason for why I started PE

When I started PE I thought my penis was very small and was obsessed with making it much larger. My reason for my own obsession was actually from an ex wife who was a size queen and this led me to a very skewed idea of size itself. It’s hard to have perspective when you are comparing yourself to massive toys, it will not help your self image and will destroy your self confidence so avoid doing this (just a personal lesson I learned and wanted to share).

My PE obsession remains for many personal reasons but I felt sharing may help some others get a bit of perspective. Think of your personal goals and try not to become wrapped up in rapid gains or quick fixes because PE is a very long term journey and not a quick fix. You will spend many years on this path if you have the dedication to make actual lasting changes.

On to my reasons for returning to PE

My new wife has finally adapted to my size after 7 years and that has made me want to become larger, it is not for her, but for me and I know that now. She has no idea I am working on PE and would kill me if she knew. I’m not in this for fast gains and see 4-10 years as a reasonable window to keep working on my personal goals, my wife needs time to adapt anyways .

I never measure flaccid so it's not included.

    Hello,

Thank you for your write, I've had a good read.
I've actually came on over after reading your post on the impressive moment with gf/wife thread.

So, I think you did PE for 10 years from 2003 to around 2013 from what I'm reading.
Do you remember any particular exercise that comes to your mind now that you think strongly attributed to your growth?
I was going to ask you about your thought on most effective device of your choice, but as mentioned in your post here, you wrote that you went through several and ended up throwing them out.

    Cheers!

littlegiant0420 The idea behind the post that follows is time, effort and consistency with both stretching and Jelqing. (You have been on here a while so you probably know most of what I will say.)

I don't really recommend any device, but I do think stretching devices contribute to your success. During my time stretching and Jelqing I think both played a important part in the gains themselves, persistence and time being the biggest factor. Nothing ever seemed fast for me, but I noticed the greatest gains when I was very consistent for long periods of time 8+ months. I would often wear stretching devices 4-6 hours a day, 6 days a week with Jelqing 4-5 days a week. I was not able to maintain this for more than a year at a time because of the injuries I would incur. (almost always from over-wearing the device)

I would recommend a longer approach (less time in a device) with constancy being more a focus. Pay close attention to your body because you can feel it when you have a good stretch going and don't push to the point of injury, it stops all gains and can work against you. You are going to get sore and tender at times, but that is very different than sharp pains or real injury. Don't push past something serious to get that last bit of time in, you can always do more later. Some devices may be able to be worn for much longer periods of time, but its about the stretch itself not the device in my mind. Jelqing is also important and has its own part to play, just don't be overzealous.

I also used to stare at a ruler hoping to see a tiny bit of difference from last time I measured, but that did not help do anything but frustrate me and sap my motivation to do PE. I will probably not measure more than once every 6 months at this point on my journey, more than that seems excessive to me. I recommend measuring less often to avoid the frustration that comes with how long PE takes in the first place.

There is also a ton of helpful info on this site, I wish was more available back when I started.

I see. I've been on and off during the last 4 (already!) years that I've first came across this PE site.
I've been off much more so than I've been on and thinking back, I don't think I was consistent / didn't have the right PE exercise or device for me / wasn't performing them right / combination of these.
Recently, I've been sticking to this manual routine in the last couple of months and slowly adding intensity to this routine.
I'm happy that this routine is actually producing good results and will one day later post about the results and bit of my experience.
I think, from what I gather thus far, the key is finding the right exercise/routine and consistently performing them. So consistently trying at least something to go through trial and error is important.
As for measuring, as of now anyways, I do find it a helpful motivation as I measure every few weeks with my current routine adding a bit each time, but do understand what you mean!
          Thank you for your reply.

I think we all struggle with constancy some times, but it sounds like you are headed down the right path.

              Good luck with your gains!

Can you please tell me, did those gains also increase your erect glans size proportionally? And did you lose any EQ or experienced artificial- soft erections?

I hope your erect glans size also increased, off the pump, on off days of course.

So, does pumping cause proportional gains with glans permanently or only on shaft? Can you also check out the threads i created on my profile and maybe contribute?

Stay safe, set small goals, start with a good beginner routine and realize it's a marathon, not a sprint
Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before
