    Good job coffee!! I too am now a member of the train hard club and have been for the last 30 days or so, I'm just gonna blow threw the plateau I starting experiencing.

          I am thinking about probably stopping when i hit 8.5 but to tell you the truth as of right now, i am very satisfied with my penis. If i knew that my penis was not going to grow anymore, i would be completely fine with it. But i dont think i am going to stop any time soon

            I think A-stretch and V-stretch are the best stretches out there. You can get very good results with them. What you do is pull your penis straight out and then take your other hand and push down on the middle of your penis, making the letter V. And for A stretches, you do the same thing but you pull from the bottom making the letter A. Those stretches are bread and butter of my work outs. But just so you know, you will more then likely have bruising when you do these exercises because they place great amount of force on the penis...which is a good thing!

              Ditto Coffee, I feel just like you. My reasoning for the 8.5 is simply to get the right look of balance between length and girth. Thick dicks don't look as long, I think there is a "right" ratio.

                Great results man!

                If you get the chance it would be great if you measure your girth, that way you can tell how your routine effects girth or not, should be interesting for you and maybe for other who may be interested in girth or not interested.

                  Hey mate first congrats on your gains! secondly I d like to know what s the amount of pulling strength you use when performinh the various stretching exercises.. Do you stretch it to the maximum where you can fell your penid tensed like a stiff guitar string or what?also just out of curiosity where are you from??

                      Congrats on your gains Coffee, you are definately doing something right. I agree with your high value on the A stretches and V- stretch. I also think your tunica tugs are doing a lot for your gains. Your rate of injury or chance of it are also greatly diminished now as I am sure with that routine you are pretty well conditioned, good luck on your next gains.

                        Another question I d like to get an answer too is what were your injuries like.. I used not too warm up myself and occasiinally got red spots after girth work..

                            Sorry guys i just saw all the questions. Regarding how hard i pull, i pull pretty hard on all of my stretches till i feel a tingling sensation in my tunica. You have to imagine that you are pulling your tunica and causing microscopic damage, and there fore making it longer. So make sure you feel the stretch rather than just doing the motion. And injury wise, i only had minor bruising but at the same time i keep a space heater on my member the whole time i am PE'ing so that might also be preventing some injuries.

                                LOL. TBH u took the words out of my mounth, it look so much like my own story almost identical.. especially about your routine, I do the same and get fast gains already in the 1st month mostly whenever I retsart PE. And the months after... that feeling that u feel all of a vaginas sides, feeling her stretch and they get so crazy wet, and than they tell me to hold back.. I love it, and also because of all the people on the forum giving the great info...ty all.
