  • JonPop's 90 day Program results??

    Guys - this is a little bit early to be expecting results, and it is too early for me to be measuring and expecting something - but I'm 1 day away from completing week 3 out of 12, and I just measured to find myself just at 7", bone-pressed mark on the ruler. This means +1/4" in a matter of 18 days.

    I'm suprised at this early progress... I didn't expect results this fast. I actually thought that it may take the entire length of the program to achieve .25", but was pleasently incorrect.

    I'm going to take pictures this coming week to post in my journal.

    Sounds about right, I gained a quarter-inch each month my first 3 months for a .75" length gain.

          The program definately works. Im half way through it and you can see the results in my sig. Its a wonderful feeling when you see the ruler the fist few times!
          Starting - 5" BPEL 4 1/8" EG
          Now - 5 3/4" BPEL 4 3/8" EG

          Sure wish i knew 10 yeas ago what i know now...

              Its an insane feeling . I was looking at the tape and going " no way" this cant be , jesus , it worked .

              I measured 15 minutes into making love to my wife . I jumped up grabbed the tape and took the measurement as shes saying "OMG what are you doing ?" i laughed and kept going .

                  Yep. I was just about to mount her , i looked down and said holy shit .Nothing gets me there like she does , so all my measurements will be the same .She laughed and called me a dork

                      This is the first time I've heard of a "journal". I'm keeping records of measurements, but should I be doing a pictorial journal as well?

                          Results after 2 months

                          Well what can I say but, this is great. After 2 months of stretching, warm up, stretching, jelqing & jai I have produced the following results: Started June 22, 2009 BPFSL 41/2, BPEL 43/4, & EG 51/4 as of August 30, 2009 BPFSL 51/2, BPEL 51/2 &
                          EG 51/2. My short term goal of 51/2 all around for girth & length has been met. New goal of 6 girth & length, with the emphasis on length. How did I get there started doing very little warm up @ most 1 minute, 10 minutes of streching, & 30 minutes of jelqing using over hand, under hand & v jelq. Also, during the day completed @ least 50 JAI. After the 1st month went to away & could not practice as much as I was doing the 1st month. Which consisted hard jelqing maybe too hard. Started again August 18 doing less but warming up @ least 10 minutes & streching more using more advanced stretch like rotating, pendulum, internal & twisting. Using this web site has helped, but buying the book Exercising the Penis has made the difference. My recommendation if you are not sure as I was buy the book. This process is fun with no pain & a lot of gain.

                            i am excited about my progress. The main reason is I bought the book " Exercising the Penis " & went by the book. Thank you Aaron Kemmer. This is a good example of less will equal more.

                              Progress from 06/12/09 to 12/31/2009

                              My progress to date. Started 06/12/09 BPFSL 41/2; BPEL 43/4; & EG 41/2. Today 12/31/2009 BPFSL 51/4; BPFSL 5; & EG 51/4. Making more progress in Girth But would love to have bigger gains in length. Program is as follows: 10 min warm up with rice sock, 10 min strech using different methods, & 25 - 30 min Jelq ( slow 5 second stroke ). During the day use piss pull & JAI strech. I am a 60 something male that would like to increase length. Suggestions please.
