  • Finally Finished My First 90 Days!

    I haven’t been posting anything on here but I have been doing my PE. Today marks the end of my first 90 days. This is my fourth try but it’s my first time being successful. This time, instead of following the JP90 or someone else’s advice on what I should do, I created my own routine. I thought that the JP90 was a little too intense for a beginner, so I came up with something that would be better to ease into PE. It’s extremely basic but through it I’ve gained a whole inch in length!

    I have pictures attached for the people that want proof (I know some of you won’t be happy with the pictures since there isn’t a ruler. Get over it. I can see and feel the difference and that’s what matters).

    If anyone is interested, I can post my entire PE routine. The short version is that I tried to keep it simple for the first two months by only doing jelqs, kegals, and edging. My third month, I added in stretches.

    I still can’t believe PE worked! It’s been a great first 90 days and I hope that the next 90 are even better!

      Excellent gains Ryan! I stacked your pics on top of each other and i can definately see a significant length increase. And people who want to see a ruler, as Ryan said, get over it! if you use our eyes you can see his length increases.

        First of all congrats on the gains. The pics definitely show an increase but the most interesting thing for me is the illusion of a smaller girth. Because your length increased and your girth stayed the same, your penis looks longer but thinner. Awesome gains for 3 months though, well done

          I noticed that too. I'm planning on adding some girth exercises in a bit but for now I'm focusing on length.

                    Thanks for the routine good sir, I will try and implement these with my JP90 routine, I will try and find the right balance as I intend to gain more on the length at the moment

                      Congratulations on your success!

                      Also, awesome job for experimenting on what works for you and listening to your intuition, this is a great ability to have with PE

                        hey i always wondered what is that discoloration or the chage of color of the shaft as you near the glans?

                        is that because of circumsition, or are that your gains?

                        sorry if it is a dumb question, but i always wondered what that is and never got an answer

                          Great gains, and very interesting routine. Congratulations!

                          I'm starting to think that JP90 is probably a bit too much for me (at least done completely, as I didn't start progressively). I would not like to miss my beginner gains because of going too fast, so your routine sounds like a great alternative to start, even though I've already been doing PE for two months. I will analyze it thoroughly, and if I start it I'll contact you.

                            It is because of my circumcision. It's not a dumb question either. I plan on trying foreskin restoration but for now I'm focusing on my size. One thing at a time, right?
