    10-15 mins with a hot rice sock. I love the warm up, man it helps to have a good one.

                      G4H: No cant see any of them, could do last time i checked.

                      Gravik: Flaccid is very up and down, sometimes is small sometimes seems huge (well for me anyway). It depends on time of day, fluid intake and I think mindset also. Good mood seems bigger, stressed seems smaller. Generally its bigger though but ive never measured because it varies so much and never know when to measure
