Hey everyone how are you all doing.
Sorry I haven't been posting much at all, but I've been having to work 50 hours a week and I go to school full time at night so I basically have no time to post these days. I've been keeping a log over at Betterman's under the name HeavyLumber. I still come on this site and browse through a lot of posts, I just don't have a lot of time to be posting on both sites. I know a lot of people over at Betterman's coming over here to post and that's awesome, but make sure you guys who haven't gone to their site check it out as well. Both of these sites have so much to offer I could go on forever about the information, support, and friendliness these places have.
Anyway JonPop asked me to post on here since he's noticed I haven't been on here awhile, and he's right. I at least want to post some updates on stats here just so someone could read another testimonial that this PE stuff works guys. If you're lurking around sign up right now, ask questions, take it slow and be consistent is key to making those dreams come true. The old lumber in your pants will thank you!
While I joined this site first I did JonPops beginner routine and followed it to a T. Posted a log here, got lazy posting and continued just updating it in a little composition book instead of online, but I kept doing my PE!!! after 2 months I joined Betterman and asked Big Al what I should do next and he suggested a Length/Girth split routine which I followed to a T for exactly one month. Well it's been 3 months since I started PE and the results are in:
6/24/09 my first measuring stats:
5 3/4 BPEL 5 EL EG 4 1/2
9/27/09 new measurements:
6 and 3/16 BPEL- 5 and 3/4 EL- EG 4 and 3/4
If you keep getting gains like this every three months think of what could happen if you're consistent for a few years guys. Don't be a quitter because gains aren't coming fast enough. Everything takes time and dedication otherwise we'd all be carrying 12 inch rods. Again sorry for lack of posts guys. I didn't forget about you. But now that I have a week rest from PE i'll try to chime in a bit more if time permits. Keep tuggin and pluggin away folks!
