Hi dudes! Not sure wether I should post in here or the progress section but hey I made some gains so why not... Just about comming to the end of jps90 routine and I've gone from 6.4 BPEL to 6.9 BPEL I'm sooo fucking happy!! This this shit actually works!! So close to 7" can't wait to keep on going with this! thinking about keeping my routine the same for a few more months, finishing off the jelqing with about 15-20mins in the Bathmate btw.. Any one could recommend any cool exercises/routines for the futures that would be greatly appreciated, hardwork and determination pays off!!

Congratulations bro. You can always do another cycle of JP90 after this one. Members reported gains from just doing JP90 routine over and over. It will slow overtime but by doing JP90 you will cement the gains you already got, and you may also gain more. After you decide to really move on, you can do extending or hanging. I suggest extending before hanging. Doing a manual routine before putting the extender on is also very effective. After you feel like you are not gaining well enough (likely be a good year or more), start hanging. Don't make the same mistake I did by hanging before extending. Hanging is great for many people, but I would strongly suggest you don't do any hanging before you stop making gains from any other type of PE.

Just had a quick read of this post. First off, congrats to you Theroy89! Like you, I'm doing JP90 and using my BathMate but also doing some extender work with my Penimaster Pro (you can view my progress log in my signature), so it's nice to see someone doing similar exercises have such significant gain!
And Vulture, thank you for your suggestion regarding hanging / extending. I am quite curious about hanging, but barely 2 months into my PE, I know that I should still clock up some more hours of extending (currently at around 133hrs) and finish JP90!
