    haha you know what thats exactly what i thought people would think so iv been practicing taking a picture while measuring, its harder than it looks! and i always shrink 0.1" or so when i do it. but you know what i really do need to post some pictures so tomorrow i will post them and show you

      its crazy how easy some people get gains while others really struggle. i thank god im one of the lucky ones, i decided im going to post a picture tomorrow to prove these gains

            I just started PE the other day. Your posts are inspirational. I'm at 5.75 NBP now, I hope to get most of my lig gains within a few months, cement my gains and peace out. The wifie doesn't know what i'm doing, which makes finding alone time to train really tough. She says i'm big enough, but they have to say that, right?
            Start: NBPEL: 5.5", BPEL: 6.5", BPFSL: 6 5/8", MEG: 5.4"
            Current: NBPEL: 6 5/8", BPEL: 7 5/8", BPFSL 7.75", MEG: 5.5", Base Girth: 5.75"
            Goal: NBPEL: 7" BPEL: 8" EG: 6"

                thanks ender it motivates me that i can inspire you and others to PE. yeah finding enough private time to do a PE routine can be hard, which is why it might be beneficial for you to tell her what your doing. i mean i personally wouldnt tell a gf or a girl im dating but because shes your wife shes probably gna be less judgemental of it. yeah girls are generally gna say we are big enough at any size but she definitely isnt gna complain about you being bigger haha although 5.75NBPEL is actually a good size bigger than most i mean im only 6"NBPEL which is why im trynna lose some fat so i actually look 7" instead of having to stab myself to get a good measurement haha.

                  thanks buddy im glad i can inspire you, yep im still doing the same routine, although i changed the stretching up abit so its abit easier, now im doing 2sets of 1minute holds left,up,right,down,outwards. which ads up to the same time, but means less time is spent changing directions and is instead used stretching.

                      Good measurement picture. Did you definitely measure in the same way/same place/same position (standing, seating etc) as your first measurement? Any of these variations could mean 1/4 difference at least. Was your EQ poor in your first measurement? Those are quite phenomenal gains anyway, well done.

                        cheers man i appreciate it , im guessing my eq was poor before because in the first week i got some phenomenal EQ gains where i grew like 0.45" in 1week!

                          cheers buddy i appreciate it, tbh i dont think my EQ was that bad on my first measurement but it wasnt the best, i grew like 0.45" in the first week because of better EQ gains, soi guess it wasnt the best.

                          yeah i used to measure the same way and i always got 6.15" and still measuring the same way and now 7" but half way through the 6weeks i changed rulers, im now using a metal ruler, wereas before i used a bendy ruler so when i pressed it in it would bend alittle giving a bigger measurement i used that ruler even when i got 6.15" so i might have been shorter than 6.15", so if i used that ruler now, i would probably get an even bigger measurement than 7"

                              Cool, the EQ explains the massive jumps in gains. Still, EQ gains are gains nonetheless Thanks for being open about it being EQ-related

                                i wud only say half the gains i got were EQ related, my eq wasnt that terrible before PE since im only 19
