Hello there everyone!
I'd like to share with all of you wonderful folk my success story with PE.
Today is in fact my anniversary with doing PE exercises and it has been a beautiful ride. I've gotten to know quite a few of you wonderful people, the moderators, administrators, and the regular members like myself on this site. Whenever I had a question that I wanted to ask I simply asked and you were nice to provide support for me and I try to do the same whenever people have a question about PE that I can confidently answer.
When I first came across PE I was a bit skeptical but I thought that if these people on this forum are telling that they didn't pay anything to anyone to make themselves bigger and have also improved their erections, then why not try it out? I had nothing to lose and everything to gain.
I didn't know what to do at first but I was suggested to try out the JP90 routine made by JonPop, a wonderful administrator here for PEGym that has a routine that's yielded great gains for him and thousands of others, including myself.

My beginning stats were above average in both fields (16 July 2013):
BPEL: 6.75"
MSEG: 5.25"
The JP90 routine in my opinion is a very well-balanced routine that targets length and girth. For myself I gained on my first round of JP90, length gains of 0.37" and a small girth gain of 0.06".
Measurements after first round of JP90 (13 October 2013):
BPEL: 7.12"
MSEG: 5.31"
I wasn't that very consistent because of problems finding the time to do them or I procrastinated on doing them but I managed to do at least 60% of the workout days. I should have tried harder to find the time to do them.
I had a slip up with a testicle injury at the beginning of my second round of JP90 except it was a modified version of it. I had to stop my routine for at least 2 weeks before jumping back into things.
Around a month into the second round of JP90 I switched over to ultimate jelqs (UJs) and ultimate v-jelqs (UVs) which are a form of jelq developed by a PEGym member here by the name of Rbi99, another moderator of this fine forum but retired.
Here are two threads of his explanations of his nice exercises:

I did a modified JP90 routine with the UJs and UVs for 2 months from December to the end of January of this year and it helped me gain another 1/8" in length.
I wasn't happy with the slow amounts of gains that I was getting and the non-existent girth gains. I made a decision (a great one) and bought myself a PEGym Hero membership and got the digital copy of the PE book. I read through the entire 300 page book fairly quickly and I did a complete routine change. I picked out one of the beginner routines in the book and did a complete reboot of PE exercises, a fresh start from the beginning like a newbie.
I learned a great thing that I always think about now when doing a PE routine and that is physiological indicators (PIs). Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to Help Penis Growth!
It really helps people get on track with the right intensity for their workout to be able to achieve gains. I think that if I focused more on PIs when I first started then I would have gained a lot more.
I started off with a low intensity workout and built up the intensity when I felt comfortable to do so. I have been doing this workout routine for the past 5 months and had a decent rate of growth and also in that time I have recently experienced a small gain in girth!
Comparing my measurements when I first started seems like a great success to me and I'd be lying without a doubt to say that PE doesn't work, because it does. I am living proof!
Initial measurements (16 July 2013):
BPEL: 6.75"
MSEG: 5.25"
Current measurements (16 July 2014):
BPEL: 19.5 cm (7.67")
MSEG: 13.7 cm (5.39")
Total gains in one year:
BPEL: +0.92"
MSEG: +0.14"
I am so happy with my dedication and effort with PE exercises and I couldn't have done it without the support of all of you guys and gals. I really do appreciate it. I won't be quitting PE in a long time so it'll be fun learning more about PE and experiencing new exercises while also having some fun talking with all of you.
Here is my progress log if anyone is interested in further detail of my PE journey:
