  • Been a long time coming

Wow, I hit my long time length goal of 7. Just took me 9 years but mostly due to my lack of discipline. I am now going for major girth. I have not determined a goal yet, but want more girth than length if possible. Happy gains to all

Awesome man, I have the same issue with being consistent. I agree with PartyPants, would you share your starting stats and your routine?

Congrats on reaching your goal and happy gains to you too.

        Succcess

Hey guys, thanks for feedback. All I have ever done is the basics in so far as jelqing and stretch. Nothing advanced. Looking into clamping as I want large girth. My begining stats are as follows.

        6x4.75 - 7/2000
        7x5- current

After reading one success story I thought i would give more details about my routine. LOL, felt guilty for not giving more info.

          15 minutes warmup
          10 minutes basic stretch
          15 minutes wet jelq
          100 -150 kegels
I do one day off and one on

Pretty simple, going to change here pretty soon

that's not a bad routine. I'm surprised you haven't yielded greater gains. Maybe try edging after your session?

Well Party, when one is not consistent and does PE with no discipline. Keeps no log with vague goals then one does not get the gains that you would expect.
But, I am re-energized now. So hopefully the gains will come,LOL

Well congrats man, good gains indeed. That is a pretty solid routine also, and I am almost certain the reason you havent had greater gains is due to the lack of consistence (by the way I am totally in the same situation). Hopefuly this will be able to help you seriuosly commit to your workouts this time.

Good luck and I wish you more gains.
