hey, well done man. I have taken a break as I am not making any gains but will start again. How many hours did you wear sizegenetics? I think read somewhere you mentioned 2 hours, twice a day? When you wear the extender do you do any stretches beforehand? Also, is the extender facing up or down? I am only asking so I can replicate something similar.(NBPFL)5|.6|.7|.8|.9 6|.1|.2|.3|.4|.5|

Thanks alot guys. Farad100 I think you have me confused with someone else..
Here is my routine.
I have been doing it for about 1.3 months. My starting bpel was 7.65 inches.
-Warm up: turn the water on relatively hot (just enough so that theres no pain from the heat to my penis) and warm up for 5-10min. My cool downs are exactly the same thing.
-Girth days- (warm up) see above. Combination of v jelqs and regular slow jelqs (4 second reps). ONLY a total of 20 minutes max. Cool down.
-length days- warm up (see above). Sock hanger- 3-4 twenty minute session with ten minute breaks between to massage the penis and get circulation back. Cool down.
I alternate length and girth days. So it will look something like this:
Mon-length
Tue-girth
Wed-length
Thu-girth
Fri-length
Sat-very light girth (or if I feelni need recovery ill take off)
Sun-off
Thats it! My routine is fairly simple. I never do length and girth on the same day. Also, once in awhile I will an all day stretcher for a couple hours after my hanging session, but to be honest im leaning towards eliminating this because it seems counterproductive.
I have not taken my girth measurement yet..but I grabbed my ruler and while I measured my bpel I measured my erect width which came in at a hair over 2 inches..maybe 2.15 or so.
I am leaning towards the "less is more" ideology.
