I have finished a little over 90 days of structured PE using JonPop’s program (with some modifications) and it may be useful to share my results. First, I’m pretty sure that I have said a few times, in posts on the matter, that the number on the ruler is not a measure of success for me. I’ll repeat that statement again here but with the caveat that those numbers can be inspiring at times. Even more inspiring though are the many other changes I have seen since taking my first steps in structured PE just a few months ago.
But, you’re reading to find out about success with PE, so I’ll go easy on the inspirational and start with the observable. I started my PE journey with the goal of improving my perception of myself in part by increasing the length and girth of my penis. Beginning at 6.75” BPFSL / 4.5” MFG and 7.5” BPEL / 5.375” MEG, over the last three months I have made a dramatic change to my flaccid length and a notable change to my erect length.
My current BPFSL has increased 1.5” to 8.25”- most of that change came very quickly and I think that early change was mainly related simply to the loosening of ligaments, tunica, and musculature. However, I feel pretty confident that anywhere between .25 and .5” of that increase is a result of physical tissue changes brought about as result of the PE. My BPEL has increased .625” to 8.125”. Again, a quarter inch of that change came fairly early and may be related to the similar factors as well as increased EQ. But, regardless of how this has occurred physically, the fact that it has is amazing to me.
My girth measurements have actually fluctuated up and back down again. Perhaps some of that is related to my routine as my modifications to the program included adding some hanging to condition myself. Also, I feel that erection quality has at least four dimensions which include physical structure, physical health, arousal, and mental attitude (disposition). It seems that any one of those dimensions may effect either maximum length or girth or both, depending. It’s hard to explain but at times I have not measured I could swear my girth was greater (and have even seen a .125” increase on the tape) but at others - even when I would say I was max EQ - when the tape comes out, my girth has been “meh.”
Now, if you’ve read this far here’s a trigger warning – I’m going to talk inspirational now.
For me, this process was never primarily about getting bigger. Yes, I set goals and it is part of what I am trying to accomplish. But what I really wanted to accomplish was getting that guy I see in the mirror to match the guy I believe I am. What I didn’t realize was that this process would do more than that for me. It has in fact provoked a change in how I see the world and even interact with others.
That may sound weird but over these few months, the act of taking time to focus on my sexual self, both the physical and mental attributes, has caused me to realize that my sexual self is my everyday self, is my business self, is my co-worker, father, brother, son, husband self. That is, for decades I’ve lived compartmentalizing my sexuality from every other aspect of life – and to some degree compartmentalizing those aspects from each other as well. Through this process I feel I have begun to merge these aspects together so that my confidence (and competence) in any one area now seems to flow more readily into others. My ability to be mindful and meditative during PE is now something I can do more easily while at work. My ability to remain open minded and optimistic, but rational, in my work seems to keep me grounded during my PE.
This is getting way too long so I’ll stop here. But before I finish, I have to thank all those here at PEGym for their support, knowledge, friendship. From the moderators to the veterans, to all the men and women who share their thoughts and insights – you have made a great space here for discovery and growth. I can’t thank you enough.
