    Been jelqing 20minutes 5 times a week for 2months and went from 6.7 bpel to 7.3. Bpel.
    Maybe in a few more ill be +1
    Girth didn't change... is 4.5 girth bad?

    That's great!

    What are your goals? If you aim for more length, keep going on same routine!
    If you've reached your goal, try to switch to more jelqing, less stretching and more clamping/uli/girth workouts.
    4,5 is a good size, you're about the same as me, but I'm aiming for 1 inch more girth.

      Congrats! Do you count the reps when you jelq? How long do you warm up? How long do you stretch?
      Just keep up with what you are doing and maybe increase the routine a little more.
      Starting stats:
      01.08.2013: BPEL 6,3 x 4,3 MSEG
      22.06.2015: BPEL 7.6 x 5.30 MSEG(not cemented)
      After a long break:
      01.05.2016: BPEL 7.3 x 5.1 MSEG
      16.11.2018: BPEL 7.3 x 5.0-5.1 MSEG BSEG 5.3

            Congratulations on your gains,keep up the good work and as the other have suggested change the routine to a girth routine if you have reached your BPEL goal. Good luck!

              Thanks for all the support my goal is obviously 8+...yeah greedy I know lol.
              Also I don't count reps I jelq for 20minutes 3-4 secs per rep...

                first of all congrats on your gains.......are you doing any exercises other than jelqing like stretching e.t.c....are you jelqing with higher erection or lower erection...expalin me clearly how you are jelqing..are you taking any supplements...........in your view what would be the reason for your gains..........
